Can you please enlighten us on how a weighted shift knob will hurt your syncros?I really have no clue on how that could affect it. I think whoever told you this was talking out of their a**.

I believe the threads on the shifter are M10 x 1.25, Hope it answers your question.

Its a lot taller than what it looks like in the picture. Made of ceramic for classiness.

I feel that if you are gonna rock a beer tap shift knob, it better damn well be some *real beer* . None of that watered down horsepiss

To be honest it takes some getting used to....feels like you are shifting a truck, and its easier to miss shift since you can't feel when it clicks into gear as well as with the smaller knobs. Smaller shift knobs feel more precise, but now that I'm used to this one I love it. Might still go back and forth b/w this one and a smaller one though.

^^Representing full blue interior man noice

Sparco whatever knob. I like it because it doesn't transfer heat too well. Gets sun hot though (audio unit face bag cover it in summer lol).Didn't have the original plastic inserts that work with the set screws, so I used some fuel line and tightened the set screws on to that.

I like it because it covers the round boot joint where the boot is joined together around the shift lever.

I have that same Sparco shift knob in my s14 on top of a B&M short shifter and my homemade Crown Royal shift boot.

Crappy cell phone pics:

I am still going back and forth about the e-brake boot. Maybe just a bit too tacky.
