Water to air give me the ability ion the summers to run water along with an ice box to cool the air to lower than ambient. It's also all under the hood, less piping, better response etc.

I didn't make a video, sorry. The whole water to air kit wasnt that much. Got it on ebay including the water pump.

Working perfectly fine actually *knocks on wood*. I drive it to and from work every day. No issues since the turbo rebuild. Been working great!

I'm waiting for a clear day to put in the GoPro cam so i can make a video. Maybe tomorrow if it's nice.. *prays* haha.

Maybeee make a video of the pickup you have in 2nd gear, 40mph carry it out to 100 or so, no brake boost? Doing a dig run to 60 is redundant due to no LSD and there is absolutely no reason to put your drivetrain under that much stress...BUT I would really love to see what the car can do in the 1/4 mile!

Or maybe we'll all get lucky and you'll go ricer hunting and get it on video and post up a win! lol

Nice build Scott. Couple quick questions, please.
1. How do you like the UpRev engine management system?
2. Any other PnP management systems available for the 2.5, like AEM, Haltech, etc?
3. Link to that Air/water system you got for it. I like that better the the air/air setup you had.
Thanks

Couldn't find the one I have but it's pretty much the same as those. Look for an auction that includes the pump.

Other PNPs: You can "make" things work but your best bet thus far is the following:

1. Get it up and running quickly without a lot of knowledge: Apexi SAFC Neo (Or SAFC II) will work.

2. There is a guy on here that was mentioning a Haltech setup but I have not seen any progress in awhile so I'm assuming the project is abandoned/on hold.

UpRev: I have the Tuner package, which is different from what Danny has. His is the basic package where he pays for the tune. Works well if you're getting a shop to do it but you have no control over changing anything afterwards if you want. You'd have to take it back to the shop each time.

The Tune package is pricey but it allows full live control over everything and unlimited flashes/reprograms. So if you change turbos/injectors etc you can tune it right away. Disable certain cels like 2nd o2 if you are running a Wideband, etc. It's great.

The learning curve is steep but once you get used to it it's fine. It's not a piggy back system, it's a full reflash.

And those wondering about more videos, I'm off for the next 4 days so maybe something but the weather is pretty s***.

This would work: http://cgi.ebay.ca/Liquid-Water-Air-Int ... 988wt_1141

Something along those lines.

It's great because there is no lag or pressure drop. Instant power lol.

Decided to use a universal dual pillar pod to put the gauges in. Reason being as it seem to fit. Oh well about the air bag idea/gauges to the face. To power them I'm using the 12V cig light. Wires were ran from it works great. Still need to put in the new wideband sensor, that's tomorrow's job. The pod was black. I painted it to match as best I could.

Well it's been awhile, thought I'd update everyone on the current status...

1. Nothing has blown up yet. Wooohoo!
2. New turbo... details below!

Ok, so basically the ebay turbo started burning a bit of oil again. Instead of rebuilding it, I wanted to replace it because it had already been rebuilt once. My friend had a turbo kicking around that he was planning on using on his civic. A few mods later we made it fit the Altima..

Used my hot side with his cold side, and his internals to create the most modded hybrid ebay turbo out there lol. Works like a champ too. Boost comes on at higher RPMS which saves me gas in the city and gives me an extra punch on the hwy. Left the 7psi spring in the wastegate for now.

Just wanted to update the thread. Thought this was worthy lol. BTW car is still not burning any oil and starts every day like normal. No issues at all.

None at all. No temperature issues and I've beat it daily during the summer. Temperature stays well below the half mark on the temp gauge in the cluster. With the water to air setup having it's own rad, it cuts down on temps a lot. No knocking, 91 Octane is a must.
