I've never had any problems dealing with adam other than getting a hold of him by phone. Everytime I've been down there, there has been atleast one 240 on the lift and always a sr or ca on an engine stand being worked on and getting ready to be put in a car. I can understand him not answer his phones because he has so little help and you guys only call and ***** at him causing him to have no time to get things done. Last time I was down there ( saturday) I was told he may be hiring a PR guy just to answer phones for him. He's always got me what I needed right away. When my power steering pump went out on my KA24E, he took a working one off his personal car and gave it to me for a reallllll good price. How could I complain? He's done nothing but be helpful to me.
