Okay, here's pics of our car.

The carbon fiber body kit pics I stole off GTP's website. Those pieces that are on their website are actually pieces that were made for my car.

We are hoping to have the car at GTP's warehouse next week for to have them install the body kit! All carbon fiber!!!

Let me know what you think of our car so far. I really wish we could get better pics of the paint. It changes from light blue to purple depending on how the sunlight hits the TruBlue Pearl. It is simply amazing in person.

Wow, im definately getting some of those wheels. Go with no wing! Its so hot w/o itAs far as what you should start selling... any performance part for cheap. Suspension, brakes, hp kinda stuff. We can tell you what to start selling, but if we find a better price from a sponsor we wont get yours. We at NICO like to get deals

Underground: A few questions.... Why arent those wheels on your website. Are they still for sale? Do you carry 17x9s as well as 17x8s? Are they still $165?

Hey Guys!

The tires don't rub. It is close, but we have it set at a ride hide where that shouldn't happen!

240Sxed- Sorry about that, we will get the wheels listed on our website tonight.

I only have the 17's in 17x8.

The wheels come in 18x8 with a offset choice of 20,30,40,49and 18x9 with a offset of 20,35.

The pricing for the 17x8's are $205/wheel.The 18x8's (2 inch polished lip) are $242/wheel.The 18x9's (3 inch polished lip) are $265/wheel

Take care!

We have been struggling to get a carrier to take our car to California. We are on company #3 right now. Nobody seems to have room on their carriers.

Last week, we shot an upcoming article for HCI magazine. It will feature the full Battle Version suspension lineup. (Upper Control Arms, Tie rods, etc.) You can check out their awesome product line at http://www.battleversion.com.

Today, we are doing the 300ZX Brake Upgrade on the rear. We were fortunate that Stillen sponsored everything but the calipers, so that saved us a fortune.

We are still looking for rear 300ZX conversion brake lines, if anyone has any ideas where I can buy them, that would be awesome.

I'll try to get some pics up tonight of the rear.

Take care!

Well, we finished the rear 300ZX brake/caliper swap last night. The Gold colored Stillen rotors look amazing.

We are still trying to decide what color to paint the calipers: we are considering red and gold. I'd love to hear your opinions.

We also hooked a deal today with the shipping company, I'd like to post their info on here for those of you who may be looking to transport cars:

Jeff: 865-742-5351Ira: 865-740-1311

We are paying $700 for our car to be transported from Searcy, AR to Irvine, CA. I think this is an awesome rate, especially since our car is not running. (Most companies charge a $100-200 fee for non running auto's)

The car is supposed to be picked up this weekend and should arrive in Irvine, CA next Wednesday. I am really excited as we are in the final stages of finishing the car.

If any of you are in the Irvine, CA area let me know. I'd love to have you check it out and give us your suggestions.

Take care!

Pics to come tomorrow!

What do you think we should do in terms of painting the calipers?

Should we or shouldn't we?

We are only about one week away from being done with the exterior. All of the carbon fiber pieces have arrived in LA, and we are the very least, pumped up.....

Before we finish the exterior, is there any recommendations you guys might have?

The problem with our kit was we actually have been planning the exterior for over a year now. When GTP/Cwings decided to sponsor the car about 6 months ago, we had decided on on the full carbon front end, vented Masa replicated fenders (we import Masa by the way.), etc.

I guess it was January that we heard that Carbon Creations was doing a RX-7 that was going to look like a exact replica of what we had been trying to do.

So, now we are going to have very similar cars in terms of color, carbon placement, etc.

We have been considering running graphics or something to make our car stand out from the pack like Veilside, Kazama's drift cars.

What do you think?

We might in the future, but for now with carbon fiber being all the rage, we are going to keep it carbon.

We'd love to hear more feedback, so keep it coming.

Kenny, our Assistant Manager, was upgrading his motor mounts with their NISMO counterparts as well as some other various parts today at the shop. This might be the dirtiest I've ever seen him get, so after having a terrible photo of me in the May issue of HCI, I am going to post a Kenny glamour shot.

Kenny, this is for all the crap I've got from you guys for that magazine shoot... as well as an introduction of Kenny to the NICO guys (It's nice to know who those mysterious voices are you NICO guys talk to when you call up our shop.)

Kenny has been with us for about a year now. He is probably the one of the most technical guys we have around. Kenny was born and raised in Ibaraki, Japan where his parents were missionaries. He has always been a big fan of the 240SX and owns one both here and a Silvia back home in Japan. He moved back to the United States by himself to attend high school and will be graduating college this summer.

If you need anything from Japan, he is the guy to call. In addition to his daily duties here at the shop, he is currently helping us to bring in containers of product from Japan.

He's the only whitest Japanese person I know and we're proud to call him one of our own.

Presenting Kenny...

UPDATE!

The car arrived at GTP over the weekend. Today, if all goes well, the car will be transformed with its all-carbon fiber body kit.

If anybody lives in the Irvine, CA area please do me a favor and stop by and check out our car. I am dying to see pics, so somebody go by there and grab some spy shots with their digital camera.

Take care!

Guys, I am really excited to get to present the new pics of our w/ Cwings Carbon Fiber body kit installed.

We are still missing the GP Sports Carbon Fiber Wing, and Carbon Fiber Side Skirts and Trunk Lid, but everything else is ready to go.

We are going to be eventually adding Chargespeed Widebody fenders for the rear as the front fenders are widebody fronts.

Let me know what you guys think....
