The only maf I have is the z32 one on my car.

Evan

EDIT; Give Kori some time and see if she comes around.

We are all friends here no need to be embarrassed. Any freind of Ben's is a friend of mine (unless they are douchebags).

Keith works until 5pm. I am going to try to get out there when he gets home. I have a shop that is supposed to pick up a buddies truck from my house after work. Ill be over after that.

I have no idea what we were talking about.

Cliffsnotes; Keith's car is in limp mode. I went over and worked on it last week with him and we got it running decent.

Something is goofy with the maf or ECU we suspect.

Whats wrong with your car? Crankwalk? muhuaha

Anyway, hope to see you guys there.

lol. i love people's opinion when a DSM needs work... it's always "you got crankwalk". Only like 10% of all DSMs ever get crankwalk. Crankwalk is like the loch ness monster, always talked about but never seen..

and no its not crankwalk, d!ck, lol (jk to clarify lol) it's just odds and ends getting it ready to sell. Like fluid changes, bulbs, cleaning, ect... which brings me to my next question...

4 people.. one car.. means at least 2 just sitting around. 4 people, two cars.. productive. So is there room to fit in a Talon next to the 240?

EDIT: Btw from the story posted above i'm really not a ***** or terrible person. kind of seems like it if you read it lol but not the case. its way more complicated then even ben knows. but ill have a talk with him. just making a disclaimer for myself so i dont come off the wrong way lol.

Hahaha wow its crazy how much goes on when i am off of work and not checking the thread (by work i mean checking in here and looking at wrecked cars for my job)But anyway i agree that it would be nice to have you bring your car too but i only have a one stall 12x20 garage that i cant even open my doors fully in!Its cool if you two dont have time to come out this time around, i dont hold out much hope ill get it running but if i do oh man i see a nice five days coming up!Just let me know what you two are doing. evan has bens number i think so if you decide to come i can have him text you my address, its super easy to get to.-------------------------------Side note, Kori no one is judging you at all! Sometime even guys need to vent a little so go easy on him I have been going through alot of the same stuff as i think alot of people on here have so we all know where your coming from!Second side note, When are DSM's ever running right or not broken?

Everytime he gets it running right something else breaks!

But its cool if you an Ben cant make it this time, i am hoping we can get it running right tonight then maybe we can all meet up sometime

yup something is always wrong... but its never the same thing.. pretty soon i will have basically paid for every single part on my car..

other funny quotes ive said in my talon...-friend "what are you doing" as im turning up stereo.. Me "ignoring the inevitable... i dont wanna hear my **** breaking".-friend "how much boost we hitting" I look at the stock boost gauge then turn to him "IDK MEDIUM!" (if you ever looked at the 2g boost gauge its retarded, lets you know when your spooling thats it lol)-At the races As*hole "want me to get in there and drive for you?" Me "i think i can handle it, but you can get in your car and line up if you think you can drive" result.. i won..-Winter time, the one time i wasnt screwing around in the snow and just trying to drive.. started to spin out.. turned to my friend "hold my beer and watch this ****"-after the motor swap.. Me "hmm there's alot of bolts left over, and what the hell is this metal thingy?" Friend "umm dont worry about it, weight reduction"-after spinning out on the freeway across 4 lanes of traffic in the rain facing the wall for at least 100ft doing 95mph avoiding a screwin orange barrel in the emergency lane that i was using to pass someone.. Me "are you ok?" Friend "thank god your the driver or we'd be dead" Me "haha that was fun! wonder what broke?" surprisingly nothing broke during that.and many many more.... ahh the memories, but still selling it lol..

And i guess it's someone my friend knows 21st birthday so we going drinking i guess lol.. but i only live 45mins away so i'll for sure be down to hang out. I got some friends in madison as well.

i wish you luck on getting it running good though.
