As for now, New Hampshire is where it's at, and the time attack car is a serious project, so all of you who have pledged time, parts, money, sponsorship and other things, a big up token of sincere gratitude. For those who have made promises and such previously, please go through with them and let's make this exciting project an "all hands" effort. I'm in it to win it. That's the fighter/strike-fighter pilot's maxim, and I will go to great lengths to ensure it happens because I believe in the bros and in this car.
Well spoken good sir! We are definitely serious about this, and any all support is extremely appreciated!

Anytime, bro! Just keep the press on the things we discussed and jot down your Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM) and start setting priorities and due dates. Ensure all that are involved with the project have a copy of the POAM. It is a working document that will change constantly as things come due and/or completed.

Dale, definitly want to thank you for you hard work and perspective on the car (life in general) and can't wait to catch up with you when you come back around.

David Deatsch, Thanks for your contribution to the project as well. Your a great guy to deal with and made out lives easier.

Everyone else, the guys who are helping us with sponsorships and lending an hand on the car have been such a help! If they have any products that you need you should get it from them. Their customer service is amazing.

We should probably put a list of sponsors on the first post so that everyone knows who they are.

P.S. Picked up nice new to me Maxima yesterday approx 4pm, rearended by teenage girl on way to sox game at 7pm. If it weren't for bad luck........

Anytime, bro! Yeah, old man knowledge does have some advantages.

The working document (POAM) helps keep all involved persons/parties focused on the project. Any parts/services/pledges and who made them needs to be listed, as well. Make sure that you send the updates for the POAM out to all who are listed. Anything on paper carries more weight than just spoken word alone. It's a psychological thing. Nobody wants to be looked at as a non-player. Yeah, things do come up, but as long as things are communicated expeditiously, it makes things a lot smoother. Microsoft Project is a great tool to use to help you construct a POAM, and I am sure there are other tools out there to help construct a POAM.

Uhhhh... Yeah... I could be spotted in places of questionable morals or in acts of the same vice... Make-believe dialogue time. Pan over...Person A- "Hey Dale! Weren't you at that place in Boston? The Glass Slipper?" Dale-"What the fukk are you talking about? I wasn't in Boston! The Glass Slipper?" Person A- "Uhhh... Yeah... Right... I saw you at that, uhhh... I forget the name... But you were there getting the lap dance and face straddle. You kept saying "I'm in it to win it!" over and over."Dale- "What?!" "That wasn't me."Person A- "Yeah... Right..."Dale- "Did I at least have a good time?"Person A- "Dude, you are stupid..."

I think the vision cloud ala Star Wars The Empire Strikes Back with Obiwan and Luke's Dad and that midget old guy Yoda would be more appropriate.

Lap Dances

Incorporating star wars

Don't get me wrong... I love star wars... but there are some things you just shouldn't mix.

Now if it were Leah in the gold bikini doing the lapdance... well then

Yes, that was probably a bad transition. Maybe I should have went with an Adam Sandler parody, like in Water Boy, "Yeeewww kin dewww it!"

Mike we needed a car, it was available, we used it, It had some frame damage on the passangers side, and was deemed up repairable. I'm sure we could have fixed it, but we decided that it was going to a better cause. Besides, the inside was covered in Monster Energy Drink after the crash, Oh well. Whats done is done...

It gave everything that natural fruity smell with a hint of lemons and left a nice permanent factory-spec sheen. Who needs Armor-all? Get Monster!

If you al wanna blame anybody for the bright idea, then blame me. It was my idea, and if you looked at what the options were, removing a frame rail from a donor car is going to be the cheaper alternative. Cheap not to imply unsafe. Don't get so warped, bro. I don't know you and I don't know anything about what you provided. Anger kills.

Dale shutup I hate you, gahahhh!!! haha Just kidding, I'm so angry right now.

We could have saved the car yes... but we didn't. We might be getting a front clip at some point from a Silvia for it and then welding on a new frame rail and swapping that one to rhd... I'd rather have it converted to a Silvia then sitting there rotting personally.

im not angry.

im in mourning.(sp?)

my coupe died an early, unatural death, and it makes me sad to see others go down.

i have many 240's, but only one coupe, i got a soft spot.

anyway, im hoping to make it up there this coming weekend, unfortuneately, i dont think the manual conversion will be done on the m30 like planned.

I'm heading up there shortly I think. I got the address from Dan, and I do actually need to put a few miles on the new clutch to break it in.. So why not?

That's good that you are not angry. I will tell you that the chassis is salvageable, and my cuts did not render mass destruction (that's for amatuers). The car is in hella-good shape from the firewall back, and yes, as Dan says, a new front clip can be welded back in.

Hey, when you get to New Orchard Road, don't even look for the quad ATV landmark because it's no longer there, and watch out because the next turn is right into an antique shop with a humongous moose head plastered on the door.
