Honestly, i dont know. There's a chance that even if you put a radiator in it, it may not run and the previous owner just wanted to get rid of it. And seeing how it needs paint then its a shell thats not worth very much.

if it werent an 89 it would be a pretty good deal. could have a blown hg and not just need a new radiator. if you had everything or could buy everything to swap a good twin cam in it and paint it yourself then i might say it was a good deal, only if you could talk him down some though.

well my plans are still to do a SR20 swap and a full body mod with those plans I think that it is going to be a good idea.

I have made my decision and I want to thank you guys for the help I am going to buy it Thurs. and post some pics and then this weekend I am going to do a flat black paint job to it and get a radiator and fuel pump and pick up the seats in 2 weeks and see how that works. Once again thanks for the help.

Glad your picking it up. I know you want a S14 but hey things change and you can always do it later on down the road.

Hell, i have some S13 SE seats that i need to get rid of because they're taking up too much space. Only need a shampoo. I'll let them go for like $40 if you want them.

Well guys, i think my car is only running on 3 cylinders. Cylinder 3 has no fire. Had the car idling and pulled out the spark plugs and all of them shocked me but Cylinder 3.

Only bad thing about it is he didn't say if the transmission was included and he could rebuild it pretty easy but i guess some people are just lazy.

NSP? I dont mind what year because they are all going to be good for what I wanna do to it. I just have a good chuck of change that I am willing to spend on a 240 and I can't even find a decent one!

its just less work if you are planning swapping an sr in it if you get a 91-93. if you get a piggy you gotta get hardlines for the ps from a chuki and swap the ps to the other side, the tach on the sohc gauge cluster wont work, and other stuff like that that can be a pain to get. it would just be nice to get a chuki 5 spd shell and a motorset and be good to go. but yeah, nsp in spartanburg has a ton of shells they sell. they even have a rhd one that they will sell. i would look on carolinanissans.com if i was you. theres always cars on there for sale, some guy got a s13 with a ca18 for like 1k too.

pat, did you check the plug wire and everything? idk what else it could be besides dist cap or something. have you checked your ecu yet to see if it is throwing any codes or anything? might help you in figuring out why your car is running ****ty. its much harder to diagnose problems when you arent there.

Could you give me an address on NSP I have plenty of time this weekend, and this would a great place to look because all I need is a shell it would save me the time of removing the engine to get the SR in it. Thanks again I will look on carolinanissans.com today.

its super easy to get there. well worth the trip too.

it didnt cost me anything to do that intake, i had all that stuff lying around. had an adapter from autozone to mount the filter to the maf and various couplings, 90 degree bend and that piece of the stock intake pipe. you also gotta seperate your wires for your maf from the rest of the wires in that part of the harness. pretty simple. i am running it cold air style now, ill take pics of that if you want.
