Too young? For what? well, in my opinion, age does matter, but not in the way you think. It changes your perspective on things, but it does not mean that the way you feel about things is wrong. Anybody who loses someone they love is going to feel like ****, it doesn't matter how old they are, it may not be as bad as losing a wife or something but it feels that way. I think and feel differently than I did when I was 17, 21, 23, and 25 but that doesn't mean the things I thought about were less important to me at the time than things are to me now. You are who you are, you can't help that and anyone who looks down on you for being young has forgotten what it's like to be young and therefore they are too old. If that made any sense.
Look at it this way, everything is not falling apart. You have your car project to work on and you have hockey, and you're at an age and a place where you can meet other girls whether they be the girlfriend type or, you know, the fun, one time thing type . Just act like you don't care what this girl does, and it will either make her think about what she's doing or she'll move on. Either way, try to enjoy your freedom while you have it. Just don't sit around the house thinking too much, get out do stuff.
