Yea I would have said something but I have watched Zilvia bash people for calling out scammers, so I chose to stay silent since it seems that they don't mind harboring them. Not to mention I watched that thread like a hawk, seeing how people were flamed and negative repped for speaking out against him. Then after a few days most of those posts were deleted and the users who made them were banned. Seems to me that by doing that zilvia may be in trouble too. I'm not trying to turn this into a zilva vs. nico thing, lord knows that has been done before. I am just giving my opinion mixed with some facts.

To be completly honest I think it goes deeper than just Alec, but I won't get into that in public. Don't you think that it's big coincidence that he knew how long to wait before he could stop making contact with people about their wheels, long enough that their credit card companies would not investigate the transaction anymore. But then again since he has been doing this for so long he prolly knows exactly how to get away with it now.

Just to let you know babowc I got 6 MB Weapons 17x9 +17 in bronze from America's Tire Co on 6/2/2007, they were here within 2 weeks of ordering them. Also I paid less than what he was offering them for too. I am not bragging or trying to rub it in I am just saying that it's not back order issue as you can plainly tell by going to their site and seeing the in stock indicator they have for the warehouses.

Another thing is if you pay attention to the pics that users posted of their wheels you will notice something. The boxes that Alec's wheels came in were all boxes of different wheel makers. My boxes did not look like that, they were plain white. Why would MB wheels come in Enkei boxes? See a pattern here?

the thread on Zilvia more than likely wont go anywhere until its un-locked.

it sucks.. i was being stupid arguing with another member and the top admins closed it.

I suppose they dont feel like opening it back up, even though i apologized to the member i spoke to and the "super mod"

sucks, but what can i say.

Somehow, "I told you so" seems hollow and inappropriate. Still, props to the owner of Zilvia for doing the right thing.

Hey Alec - You're still a petty thief, a liar, a punk, and it's highly unlikely you'll ever contribute anything useful to society.

Maybe you can slob some truckers at a rest area for enough money to buy a bus ticket to Atlanta so I can tell you all this in person.

We just got ANOTHER email from someone who has been scammed by Alec... He'll be posting up soon.

I have access to his SSN, DOB and some other info now. If anyone local to him can get his plate number and/or VIN, and a current address, that'd be golden.

Anyone who buys anything from him is putting their own well-being above that of the Nissan community.

Unreal that people are so retarded that they'd risk all their hard-earned cash to save $20 on a set of cheap wheels.

This is supposedly not him, 'shiftndrift...' is supposed to be his roomate. He is 'driftconcepts' on CN right now. Don't think anyone knowledegable on CN will buy from him unless its in person and cash/goods are exchanged then. A few on there have had good dealings with him, others have had bad.

wait, so he can actually show his face around the community these days? i thought for sure after reading the emails from the dozens of people that want to see him permanently immobilized or buried would have gotten to him by now...

there's still time, though since it appears he is still scamming.

Good deal - I think it's time for us to set up a "purchase" from him.

Hey Alec, you never know when that next buyer who you've been communicating with is gonna be someone you ripped off.

Might want to set up all future transactions in the emergency room parking lot, you pissant piece of crap.

He has been MIA for a while, apparently 'sick' and avoiding some of the 'Z' wheel group buy people.

man I thought he was trying to come clean!

Not that I would buy anything from him even if he did.

All I can say now really is if you buy from him and get scammed then its your own fault - as there are way to many threads on way to many sites to not know who he is!

Weird - now that I say that - this guy is like famous - but in the worst way possable!

Ok first off I'm a friend of tdcoy's, and we honestly DO plan on finding this guy. I have personally had experence with scammers buying things online myself and there's not much more you can do to piss me off.

Now granted I'm in Nissan land and the closest I've come to owning a Nissan is hauling td's home for him from VA, but from what I've read around here it's a great community with good people. Oh and I like this simley

Oh and if you do choose to send us shirts later on I request at least a 2X...maybe a 3X. I r teh big one

Now where is he...

I think Alec said once that anyone who drives a Cobalt is a "fat communist queer"... Yep, those were his exact words.
