The latest and greatest from Alec the scamming sadist... (I'm a poet and didn't know it)
'90RPS13 wrote:Dude, you need to check your facts *******. I am currently alive and breathing very well. My user name on Nico was '90Silvia. I dont have another and you can get Cap't Greg or whatever the **** your ruler's name is to check IP's. I paid d!ck back and am working on getting Anthony back. So please step the **** out of my thread.
Getting a little overly defensive there aren't we chief? Oddly, all the credentials point to you, as I'm sure you know... Like I said, I'm not going to stop until you fulfill your debt. Nor am I going to argue with you. I'll let the testimonys speak for themselves.

You may have noticed that I'm not cussing. Nor am I angry. I don't even care that it was Nico members that you ripped off. Like I said over there, if you had ripped off some people on some forum like "Fiestas R us" and I was a member the end result would be the same. If someone had ripped you off I might have at one point had your back. You might also notice that I have been a member here longer than I have been a member on Nico. Can't say that I visit here often though. Nor do I post whore.

You want me off your back? Make things right, stop coming up with lame excuses, use the money that you keep pampering yourself with and make things right. Then and only then will I leave you and any for sale post you have alone... Otherwise, you're just another lame 20 year old trendster that needs his *** kicked.__________________Alec aka '90Silvia aka '90RPS13s exploits as a scammer 14 pages and growing (Read it here)His lame attempt to make it all go away? Dude, I hope you read my message.

I don't get the way you think. You think you can just scam people one day, change your ways, and be legit the next? Don't you get the main point most people are trying to get through to you? You chose, one day, to scam people and cheat them out of their money, you carry a reputaion with you now were ever you go and decide to do business. You think life is like a video game, just hit the reset button and there you go, clean slate? Damn, I'm amazed the people you scammed are willing to leave you alone as soon as you repay them their money. It would only make sense to warn every potential investor that you've scammed before. And then you go and post "hey, come buy from my interweb site, its almost ready!"... dumb ***...

If you knew the situation I was put in, you would understand. Yes it was wrong, yes I made the bed I sleep in blah blah blah. I am trying to become a better person and own up and pay for what I have created/caused. I will blantly admit what I did was wrong. Me and my family fell on times of desperation and sometimes a human falls to the extremes. Whether you choose to believe me is up to you and I could care less which you choose to believe. d!ck is paid off and Anthony is soon to be. After that, I have no use for this site.

Then why advertise your site(wich seems like a business site by your condensation) under your bad name? Just sounds like a dumb move, as well as using other peopls money which you are responsible for to get you out of your tough situation. That should be the red flag then, don't do business with this guy, he makes dumb decissions and gets himself into financial trouble, and then abuses his responsibility with other people's money to get himself out of trouble. Survival of the fittest shows us humans fall into the extreme, thats why the dumb/slow caveman gets eaten by the dinosaur, thats why all people arent financially stable. Its the internet and people have a right to know how you deal with and run into financial situations if thats how you handle their money. At least don't use the same identity if you're trying to start fresh.

I'll give as much as you came on here and explained, and you know what you did is not right. However it is no excuse to put others into financial distress. I've fallen on hard times, and I sold and pawned things that were near and dear to me. I have worked 16 hour days before when I was in dire straights. There are more legit ways to get what you need, and those ways command respect.

Like I said on Z ilvia, you right the wrongs, and I'll leave you alone. You're around 2/3 of the way there...

Woah, I just looked Z ilvia has 8,055 members.Nico a whooping 61,874 lol.

Alec, i just dont see how you could be in such a slump to have to resort to something so idiotic. Im 18 years old, still in high school and financially alone. I bought my car with all the money i had while the car had problems. I fixed the small things first and found myself way over my head with the bank. While going to school for 8 hours a day, i go to work and work as much as possible to do what i can. I actually REQUEST to work more and more. I've gone as far as selling parts off my car to get even. After being 2 months in debt, i have finally come even.

im speaking from a completely neutral stand point i have not been scammed by you and do not know you: what you did was wrong you talk about your family in desperate times, this country is built with a system that wont allow anyone to starve or sleep on the street if you look for help you will find it, it sounds like you were in the middle of some deals and at the same time came upon hardship and you didnt take the money because your a thief you took it because it was easy you thought that nothing would happen but these people are intelligent and resourceful and after you realized that you were going to have trouble with the law you knew you had to pay back,by paying back teh money you are no longer a thief but you owe interest because you borrowed their money, you want to talk about desperate times have you ever sat outside a liquor store in your car with a loaded gun contemplating and weighing out the consequences? what if someone that was going to buy parts from you was going to resell them to make money because they were going through hard times? if your going to take money take it from a multimillion dollar corporation not from some guys that enjoy working on their cars and spending what little money they can on parts, man the fck up the only way you can make what you did right is to pay them their money back with a sincere apology and interest. how do you expect people to not try to ruin your rep and interject in your business when you still owe them money, look at it from their point of view. hope your family is ok bro, but take responsability for your actions.

Robbing Peter to pay Paul.... Nice.

What happened to the money you ALREADY took?

Maybe your family members should quit making stupid choices in THEIR lives and then you wouldn't have to make STUPID choices with yours.

I'm gonna get on my soapbox for a minute here, and I want you to read VERY carefully....

This comes from 2 decades of working in mental health, counseling and law enforcement, so let me make something VERY, VERY clear:

Just because you've "turned things around" in YOUR mind, doesn'tr mean everyone will instantly forget what you've done UP UNTIL THEN.

The most ACCURATE predictor of criminal behavior? Prior criminal behavior. (Second-most accurate? Who you hang out with.)

Sometimes the full weight and gravity of consequences for one's behavior don't show up on one's doorstep until LONG after they've changed their ways. They're STILL your responsibility.

Just because a junkie quits the needle, doesn't mean he's gonna be welcome in the corporate world the next day. You have to EARN your way back into people's trust.

Pay back the folks you've hosed, in full, and I'll never speak another cross word about you. Until then, you're in debt. And I'll make it my business to thwart your every move in the automotive community.

Wrong.

Your account wasn't banned, it's still active, and that IS (or was) your correct IP (75.183.62.62).

Nice try - You should pick a different career, you're too dumb for the "family business".

i recently got some of these wheels from my friend who is a district manager at discount tire here in mi. they were, are, and always will be on natinoal backorder simply due to the way mb motoring ships their products.they do two(yes two) total major shipments from overseas every year. it takes minumum of six months if they are out of stock.

and i paid less than 400 a set and they were ready to mount when i got to the store.....thats a crappy gb. gl to any of the tards who buy into that.
Not everyone has a friend who is a district manager at DT to get awesome pricing. This GB is as close as people can get unless Greg will actually get something going for these wheels. We'll see. As for now this GB is getting these wheels and other alternatives and many are jumping on it.

BTW, it's not the number of members that matter, it's the wholeness of the community, and needless to say, many on Z ilvia are very close. God, stop making it seem like it's a competition for members on a forum. Who the hell competes for members on a forum? It's not like more members equal more money? Or does it, lol. But seriously, this whole "We have XXX members" is pretty gay. That seriously doesn't matter. Club240 has a handful of active members. Does it make it a bad site? No. It's very close knit and all the active members deal well with each other. It isn't just about numbers and forums aren't for competition.

And yes, if I still had my S13, I would have jumped on this deal without any doubt.

Pfft! Z ilvia's numbers have nothing to do with its monumental FAIL. That is taken care of by the anality (made that word up, plan on keeping it) of its staff, the draconian rule enforcement, and the sheer level of incorrect information that tends to circulate. The reason the incorrect info is allowed to is because if someone so much as calls out a member on the factual accuracy of something they call it a flame and boot the person. Sure some members are very close, but so are back mountain inbred hillbillies, doesn't make them better, or better off, for it. Its one thing to be close, its another to do so at the exclusion of everyone else, which is exactly what Z ilvia tries to pull. I wish you did jump on the deal so you could get ripped just like everyone else. The only difference is when you came crying no one would care worth a damn because you were thoroughly warned.

As for the first paragraph of your post I think you miss the point. The main point is the national backorder, which is an indicator of the likelihood (or more aptly lack thereof) of this buy actually going through.

The number of members at this site is a testament to several things....First, we don't turn people away for petty ****. No matter how noobish a question is, or how questionable a statement is, you have to cause real trouble around here to get banned, and even then you're likely to get fair warning where your actions will take you. In z ilvia you're gone simply because they don't agree with you. Second, people flock here in such numbers because we are the most reliable source of this information on the net. People get referred here by other members and others who have used this site all the time. Thirdly, people STAY. While our number of enlisted members is a lot higher than active posters, take a look at some of the people with less than 1k posts. Many of the people with a relatively small number of total posts who have been posting recently have signup dates from years ago. That should prove right there, even those who aren't active forum users come back here when they need to because they know within these pages are the answers that they seek.

From a neutral view point, I find it childish to argue with another Nissan forums. Don't we have enough problems to worry about with the Honda and Domestic groups? Why should we be fighting each other? I think the members know what forum they like better. I don't think we need to preach it.

And as childish and ignorant as 90Silvia may be, I don't think its right to argue on behalf of someone else who was scammed. I think just posting the link to the scam does enough justice. Trying to argue over in another thread about it kinda diminishes its purpose for posting it. Just like how it isn't enough for someone on his behalf to defend him, I believe its the same for the scammed victims.

Probably was not the right word to use.

I meant to say I WON'T BE, buying from him.

And if you would have read my post farther down the page, I clearly state that the information that d!ck originally found led me to teh conclusion that I WOULD NOT be buying from him.
