I thought it could be done this way, and posted asking about it on the original instructional post only to get responses from some guy that thought he knew everything about electricity and switches and clearly had no clue (with no one else chiming in), so I gave up and decided to try it myselff. I stil haven't done mine, though, so since you already did this, can you confirm that there are no problems caused by having the unit thing the parking brake is on 100% of the time? Are there any hidden benefits, or is it just easier because your switch selection benefits many times over and less wire needs run/spliced?
