thanks man!....I think the front and back bumpers, front fenders will weigh around the same as stock if not lighter, the added weight is the side skirts and the rear quarters, as far as the rear quarters, I bought the Ikeya Formula Racing Acrylc rear quarter windows to make up the differce there and I'm gutting the doors, the interior from the front seats back will be gutted(but I got the cusco roll cage)I also chipped off the tar stuff under the carpet, I ditched the gas tank for a lighter fuel cell, coilovers will be alittle lighter then stock, I think my Bride seats are lighter, a Masa fiberglass hood, there's more but you get the idea.............I guess my goal is to make the car around the same weight(or lighter) as it was before the body kit, I won't know untill it's done though

Ive been wanting those hood pins for a while now. Did you get the lock type? ..well...i think there is a lock type anyway? Not too sure. The car is looking good. Im not sure if you mentioned it anywhere. But what did you have planned for brakes?

I didn't get the lock type, I got the non-lock top-flush kit, it's more flush the the lock type.and since I'm a budget kinda guy, I was thinking maybe the EVO stock Brembo brake kit, you can get front and back and the peice that makes them work for the 240 for around $1000, but I'm not sure, still thinking about it.

You're a good man, it takes a lot to love a car, better yet a project that much. Back in the day when I was building a mid engine Corrado I caught just as much ****. Wish I could say its done. Poor car sits ready to take an engine up in Washington and now I'm stuck in Vegas without the space to finish it. I can't wait to get a decent garage again and get to work! I'm looking forward to seeing your car finished!
