Thanks aolt man! im not done yet tho i believe i can get the speedo sinal from the ABS sensor on the rear diff, the coolant temp basically is just gonna hook right up.. drive shaft, shifter extension and im on the road im actually eager to see what kinda gas milage ill get.. its funny how simple the wiring was anyone who know how to read a wiring diagram can get it. Power to just one wire in the harness gives power to almost everything on the engine o2 sensor, injectors, map sensor, vac solonoids, ignitor i dont know if i get in some **** for posting a complet diagram of how to do without being hated because these guys are making $$$$$ on this and i just wanna give it away.. ****, its information, education **** it lets share... i remember when i called a perfomrance down there in savannah ga... whats his name DR. Tweek boy did he not wanna give me a clue on how to wire this thing he said "of course i want you to send it to me so i can do it" sorry dr tweek...lol

[QUOTE=rcabrita]Again Thanks for the fuel sys details..

i dont know i your being serious or sarcastic.... there really was nothing to it i cut the fuel lines at the fire wall and ran long 5/16 goodyear fuel hose (rubber) from the right side of the car to the left. Stock fuel pump for now oh yeah and i jumped the fuel pump relay so that it comes on with a 12v switch(when i turn the key to the on position the pupm gets a constant 12v i take some more pics

Definitly not sarcasum.

I only have a slight knowlege of cars, so I wasn't sure if useing rubber lines was a good idea.

I have been told from a few people to flare hardlines and extend them to the other side of the S chassis.

After reading this thread you are like a hero to me.I have been looking into this swap for about 2.5 years and the only thing holding me back is money. So if I could save $500 because of wiring then to you sir!

And keep the pictures/updates comming!

Im sure you already know to up grade your fuel pump before running your motor. That pump will NOT flow the 300hp worth of fuel that the 2jz needs. It might work for start up but It's not worth blowing the motor.

Just lookin out!

extension is just a fabbed up shifter with two 90 degree bends. but ya obviously it has to be longer.

Why? Doesnt the Walbro flow more then the Denso?Denso is stock on chassis' with JZ engines... right?

got some pretty good updates today also... i took the driveshaft out of my 88 supra turbo and with that in hand plus the ka shaft i went to a place north of atlanta called driveline and for $200 there going to use the front portion of the supra shaft (just the head part that goes into the transmission).. one peice steel shaft(i think its aluminum) and i was going to use the stock KA rear yolk(the oppisited end of the shaft that bolts up to the Rear Diff, but the guys at driveline said it would probably fail so he recommend using the yolk from a q45.. he said its bigger and tougher and brand new.. Also he rated this particular shaft at or around 600hp.. for you guys that are going to use the mounts i did from the end of the shaft at the back of the transmission, to the very face of the diff is 46 and 1/4 inches exactlly that and the two shafts is all they needed... ill get it back tommorrow and post some pics of how it fits if i have time... im actually letting this project take up to much of my time and i gotta business to run so more that likley ill have to give it a rest for a few days to catch up on my work at the shop and these angry *** clients trippin about why their car's not ready yet.. "cause im workin on my **** Bit*hes just playin without them i'de be riding the damn bus/train/walking/bummin rides

ya i can post a pic after work today. no walboro pumps kinda suck the d!ck when it comes to higher hp. i didnt buy the OEM denso pump its like the second tier and then the top tier is wut HKS uses to make there fuel pumps (i woulda got top but they were outta stock). they basically slap on a sticker and jack the price 200$.

believe it or not i used a radiator from my wrecked 91 BMW 525i!!!! it fit almost perfect (with a little modifying the body of the car) it works sooo well that even in 95degree atlanta heat, NO RADIATOR FANS, and Rush hour traffic it stayed well below half... under 190degrees.. (no thermostat).....Oh yeah its running ok BTW i dont have the intercooler hooked up (running a str8 pipe from turbos to intake), transmission shifts perfect and suprisingly no weird vibration at 80mph on the hwy! so far its good.. it idles pretty good and died on me once on my way home but started right up.. also its running extremely rich (pumes of black smoke at WOT) but we'll give it some time and a little more work... you guys want some videos or whatever let me know and the wiring im not completly done with yet.. got the speedo, Tach and a few other bugs to work out before i feel comfortable sharing the wiring just give me some time

Awesome job with the wiring.

I am a wiring fool so try to make it "retard" proof. Emfasis on TRY!.

And yea the more picture and videos you post the better. You will never get a negative responce on here about the amount of pics or videos.Take pics of the current set-up and take pics of when it changes.

I am definitly following this thread A++ job! Keep it up

well steve sounds like its goin good. but you need to get a cooler on that ****. those turbos do get hot and that air is almost as hot. as for the black smoke the other guy said oil. black is rich blue is oil. but someone else said they were leaning to this swap compared to sr or rb. i would lean to the jz series the power band and accel is bad ***. sr feels like a smaller jz. and i personally dont care much for the rb. i think next year i may build a second track car with another jz engine cause we moved to a sr. sorry for the thread jack steve

yeah Cody, its REALLY GOOD.. Man does this car move!!!! i mean in stock for at 10psi this thing feels like a rocket and it seems like it wants more.. im really not used to running a car hard and then having it idle like a new lexus! my built honda prelude made 340/275 on 12psi and would not idle with the 880cc injectors so this is completley new to me..

UPDATE: well as you may already know i've got everything together intercooler, rad fan, boost gauge, most of the little kinks worked out and im soooo impressed. its funny because i seem to have little boost in 1st gear maybe like 5psi but once i throw it in second its almost to much to handle!!! i get a **** load of boost creep (i dont think my wastegates are opening) but i do a pretty good job regulating boost with the gas pedal so i usually keep it a or around 10~psi.. also the motor does not move at all the mounts are a work of art and i believe it makes no sense to get them anywhere else but from Cody(Ruckus Racing)!!call him 937-520-0284 The guy is great and customer service is A++ he was actually walking me thru some things on the phone with his babys crying in the background!! Thats devotion Thanks man! Hoods going on when i steal some more time from myself.
