It's 1300 hrs and it just now stopped snowing in Philly. f*** I HATE SNOW!!! Seriously make it stop, I'd like to go drive my car and not have to worry about so douche sliding into me or my rear end letting go and slamming into any of the 8' tall snow mounds that are lining the streets.

What kind of EMT just sits there and thinks to himself "Yeeaaahh, I'm going to let someone else get this one. Ooooh bagel!"? I mean, as an EMT, do you really think that just ignoring a situation is going to end well for you? These guys have to be the laziest, dumbest EMT's in the country. I have a hard time believing that that is the whole story.
