Isnt it funny that everyone thinks everything out of taiwan is crap when just 15 or 20 years ago everyone thought everyhting out of japan was crap? Now people look towards japan for the best in quality, and I believe that Taiwan is not far behind in acheiving this kind of reputation.

Not really true... Japan has always put out quality products whereas China, India, Pakistan, and Taiwan have always backed up the cheaper spectrum of the market from day 1.

The ones saying Japanese products were crap are the same people choaking on fumes from their 85 Cutlass's and 89 Fox Body Mustangs.

my teacher said its not the quality of built but the quality of material used. some realized this and started using better materials.

Edit*** What i meant is china/etc doesnt build bad quality stuff its just the cheap material used.

Hey guys, and gals? I drive an Integra, although I have a friend with a silivia and visit the zilvia boards and attend some meet ups here and there. I've been saving up every dollar for the D2/K-sport group buy coming up, and I just saw a Mookeeh 12 way adjustable coilover ad on ebay. So I decided to do a search on Google to find out more about Mookeeh, and this thread was one of the results. After reading the whole thread, I decided to look at the other search results in google, and this is the disturbing result I found:

**LINK**

Read it, then look at the pictures. Horrid horrid stuff. I couldn't believe my eyes. Although D2/K-sport is not affiliated with Mookeeh (don't quote me on this), I am pretty sure now that I will not be participating on the K-sport group buy. My friend with the silvia is a skeptic when it comes to unestablished brands and told me to stay away, and now I can see the logic behind his reasoning. I just couldn't stand by and leave this thread without adding this piece of information I found. I hope this helps someone. Later.

edit: here is a direct quote from the link above, for those of you who missed the key word Mookeeh in the paragraph:""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""DUE TO QUALITY CONCERNS We have decided to no longer sell HD System HSD or Quest Coilovers. We have had too many problems with warranty, design flaws ending in catastrophic failure at speed as well as pricing issues and quality problems to continue. We have had CV boots destroyed, axleshafts bent, grooved, as well as cars go out of control from these failures. We have modified already sold units to stop further faliures on some models. We regret any inconvenience this may cause For those of you buying their products through other retailers either under quest or HD System or "mookeeh" coilovers ."""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""]
