If i can remember correctly, the MR tierod ends been already reviewed in either a thread on nico or zilvia. The tierod end threads stripped completely...the picture revealed a scary sight do the research, YOU CAN DO IT

Yeah I have seen that thread about the tie rod end. Looked pretty scary. BUT, that is only one person. I picked up some Megan stuff over Christmas dirt cheap, tie rod ends being one. I am going to install them and see how it goes. Wish me luck. There has to be a lot of people running there stuff (or they would be out of business) and I have only seen one horror story. Odds are the stuff will hold up under 'spirited driving' conditions. I will post back after I have some miles on the suspension.

You can adjust the damper on these right, just in case i'm a little biatch and it hurts my back (jk) but seriously is there any other coilover that wouldn't suck for DD'ing? I mean after all coilovers are for a much stiffer ride and for "off road use only".

I've heard that MR coilovers are fine for DD if they are on the lowest damper setting, but with all these complaints I don't know if thats true or not. Someone prove me right or wrong, because I want MR coilovers too.

After 10 months they are still in the car. Ruca, traction, toe. Everything seems fine as I just had an alignment done and no issues arose. One negative is the freaking squeaks. The heim joints squeak like a *****.

I set it to the lowest damping and still but I dunno LA freeways suck so thats my fault lol I knew what I was getting into when I got them. So I just deal with it.

That squeak is no joke. You can hear me a block down the road, squeaking my way on through. My RUCAS and tractions, and toes are all still holding up, but after about 10 months the squeak started. I'll lubing up the joints and bushings to see if that helps, but I'm out of the country. If that doesn't help, I'm considering getting some other RUCAS.

Just get some QA1 heim joints. Thats what SPL uses. I have some on my RUCA's and they work great. And their beefy. They pricey though. Mine were 25$ PER heim joint. But I have a different size and thread pitch then what they sell for the the 240's. The aftermarket ones might be smaller so it might be cheaper. Check Summit Racing they sell them there.

I was totally thinking about the RUCA's but just saw this http://zilvia.net/f/chat/13910...17884

A year old thread but still that's freaking lame =(

dam tougefactory does have hella good prices on MR parts tho lol.

I was considering Powered By Max. $200 for RUCA's and there other parts are very fairly priced and quite beefy.

$70 more tho is like half the cost of Tension rods lol

Decisions decisions...
