Well, I know d!ck had some rear arms from Megan, and there was another guy who had just bought a "full" suspension setup from megan also. Was just wondering if anyone could give us an update as to how the parts are holding up, anything break? worth the money now that you've gotten used to it? Just looking for a little more feedback on these products from people who have been using 'em for a bit now. Thanks in advance!

i put kyb agx with megan springs in my 98 240sx

it is stiffer but kind of bouncy

i should have went with eibach prokit

i had to get it cuz my rear struts were blown and didn't have enuff money

for coilovers

megan coilovers have good rating they are almost like d2 or a buddy club stiff

you looking for a coilovers? that is the way to go

megan is good but the spring aren't that great

I put my Megan RUCAS over a month ago. After a few powerslides(for test purpose only) and daily driving. So far they're still holding up. Threads are still fine and no rust.

yeah i did the megan setup too, just not the front tension rods.

everything is holding up well, its only been about 3 weeks though. with the rucas, i would say -1 degree of camber is the closest you'll get to stock. but as long as your toe is good, -1 is not a big deal. as for the coilovers, they are a bit stiff, but then again, my car is stripped with the sr20, so im sure it weighs a good deal less than a 240 with a KA and full interior. i have gotten the car sideways a few times, its sooo much more a controllable slide with all the new arms, bushings, etc. it snaps back into place really easily. its pretty hard to keep the back end from coming out now. i love it. I must get an LSD!!!

So in your opinions Megan is improving the quality of their products yes?! I'm currently looking into their rear traction control rods and toe links

They seem to be putting a lot of effort into improving the quality of each product every time they upgrade it. Hey, we would like to hear from everyone who has installed a Megan product.

I would agree, it seems Megan is definately improving. I havent heard many complaints for a long time now, but than again most people just throw out useless opinions anyways.

Thanks a lot guys for the updates so far. Ser2102 I'm pretty sure it was your thread i was referring to. Can you do me a favour and post again in this thread every once in a while and keep me updated on your Megan parts? Im starting to build up my parts pile over winter and am looking into the Megan suspension arms and coilovers. Same goes for everyone else running with Megan gear, please post back in a couple weeks so we can get some kind of a "long" term update. Seems there is quite a bit of interest too from other members!

ive had my megan RUCA's in now for about a month and ive gotten it sideways quite a bit since then and they have done great so far... i was a little skeptical when buying them since they were so cheap and no one had experience with them but now im glad i got them.

my buddy has megan street coils on his 240, at a d-day, he slid off track and hooked a wheel on a rumble strip, bent the front coilvoer on that side. thing is, this is a pretty extreme case, especially considering the huge hole in the ground right before the strip that the wheel sunk into before hitting. as far as ride it was pretty good, no real complaints, valved pretty well and all.

off the suspension topic but its from megan afpr for 50bucks over a year on it now.It had a simple problem of whomever built the fpr put 2 diaphragms in it instead of one. It has been on a walbro 255 for about 1 1/2 months now it has seen upwards of 65psi and still works flawlessly. I was curious about the suspension parts too. Glad to see decent priced performance companies showing up.
