I think you came to the wrong forum man hahaha. But for real, we ARE going to get shots and footage ASAP! We gots to get this goin man! :D

On a side note, I got some goodies today.

I have no time today, but hopefully all will be installed this weekend. I also found that my brake master cylinder has a wicked leak and I'm looking at my options of fixing it or replacing the whole thing.

I just got a rather large check from working 41 hours straight so I'm planning on placing a few orders to finish up quite a few things. I'm hoping for wheels by spring and new coils by summer; shooting for RE Amemiya's and Fortune Auto's :DFor now, I have to figure out why my motor seems to be running on 3 cylinders. I did a compression test and I was a little disappointed by the numbers (100, 115, 115, 140) but I think the problem is either a stuck open injector or a dead coil pack. We shall see. A catch can is gonna be built here real soon using AN fittings and braided lines, and I'm starting to gather parts for my retro fit headlight setup. Can't wait!

Also, I've got something big I'm working on........ hehehehe

*** After spending a few hours on summit racing to figure out all of the fittings I'll be needing for my catch can I came to a total of $295.84. And that's just for the fittings and lines, I will still need to get my aluminum welded. This catch can may have to wait, as I have other things I can put $300 toward .... Like a new camera!

I found out my problem that has been causing me to run on 3 cylinders is my ignitor chip. Q45 chip ordered last night, should be an easy fix.

I have a very close friend who uses a rebel xti so he has done a few pictures for me throughout this thread, but most of the pictures I just use a little Nikon point and shooter. I'm pretty decent with making a crappy camera do what I want it to do and I think you'd be surprised if I showed you which pics were SLR and which were my little Nikon. And yeah, Canon is pretty bad a** but Nikon fits my budget better and their lenses are cheaper as well.

Also, for anyone who couldn't tell what the above picture was......... I'm sure you've heard of bags?

Here is the beginning of my retro fits. Picked these johns berries up from the junkyard for $10 a piece.

Now I just need another hood........

Not sure if anyone really cares about this thread anymore, but whatever. I picked up a hood today for $35. Here it is with the headlight covers I will be welding to it.

I ordered a Q45 ignitor chip from heavy throttle but Jeff isn't shipping out till Saturday for some reason..... so that sucks. I guess this just means more time to work on my retro fits

Future skid plate????

And once again.............waiting

Worked on the coupe a little today and had my back yard looking like a junk yard...

I really need to stop spending money on my hatch so I can buy a welder and finish this chassis. Anyone know where to get a kouki front end for cheap?

Thats a clean interior you got there. I love the tomei knob, and the guages, but why the single carbon fiber a/f? Backorder or something?

Haha, wow you guys thanks for all of the input. I didn't even think anyone ever bothered to look in here anymore.

Thanks for the compliment. It's definitely a work in progress and right now it's what I can afford but I am working towards a DCC and Nardi wheel. The carbon air fuel gauge is actually a dummy. I plan on putting a fuel pressure gauge in there after I install my aeromotive fpr but electronic gauges are wicked expensive and I plan on switching to all defi's when I do this, so I just stuck in an a/f gauge I had laying around to fill the hole..... Kind of sketchy but it's whatever.

She is my everything and I wouldn't give her up for anything. Glad to see someone remembered the 351 idea hahaha. Well a couple months ago I decided heavily against a ford v8 because of weight issues. Then I decided that a smart idea would be to get the same motor I currently have in my hatch so I can swap parts between the motors, and if one were to blow I could swap the blocks as well. My other reasons for doing this are less down time between fixing one of the motors if something were to happen, I know a lot about this motor now, and building it will fit my budget much better than if I were to build a v8 or an rb.And yes, I am building the f*** out of this one. I'll be collecting parts for it slowly until it is ready to be assembled. I already have hot tanking set up and possibly solvent dipping, as well as a solid list of parts that I will be using. Also, I did in fact buy this motor. Got it for $900 without a turbo or ecu.Keep it coming with the input! I like
