The basic rule of thumb for wastegate sizing is 1mm/hp (correct me if I'm off). I agree that they look very similar, but I don't think the SSAC manifolds are divided. I think the runners come into one common collector and have a single tube on the side for the wastegate. The SSAC's that I have seen come with a single T4 outlet.
