Hey Dave, let me know when you are up for the detailing. Mine could use a good going over as well. Could be a good time, get some tunes going, etc.

Didn't know if you guys had remembered seeing this, so I figured I repost the info. Seems like it'd be pretty fun, nice drive down to Bardstown, check out cars, yada yada. What do you think?

Just to let everyone know the car show usually does not start till about 3ish or so. The Z club is going to get there early (about 1:00pm) to get a spot and set up.

Yes lightning struck yesterday and zapped my computer... literally.

Note to self: Next time spend more than $10 on a surge protector.

Merely a ploy to spend more more time with Missy and Squeaker.

Dave this is a g-rated board. Nothing about getting the palms of your hands raw man. ;)

Cullen why aren't you on the Maxus 04 1/4 mile shootout list man? All of you guys who drag race actively should show. I agree the rate is a bit steep, but if the local guys all show up, it can become quite reasonable. Anyway, you can always reneg if you want later, for whatever reason, I'm sure they wont hold it against you.

Photos of your baby please Dave. She is finally out of her bra huh? :D

Well got the car back. She looks great but it still has some issues with St. Matthews. They forgot to put on my new rim, They forgot to fix my headlight where the jeep scratched it, they scratched my other quater panel.. ARgh gonna give em hell about that..> But other than that, They did an excellent job on the pain. Everything is lined up good and the paint matches perfectly. A+ on that. So she looks brand new and I am a happy guy... Like I wasnt happy before... but just happier now. Life is complete again.

Good to hear Dave. Like Scott said, I'm sure that everything will work out.

Breaking news: It seems that another group has made a deposit before us for the 9-11-04 date for the 1/4mi. shoot out at beech bend. I heard that the next available date is in October. I'll update as I hear what's going on.

LOL@ Cullen's quote. Yeah looks like it will be rescheduled. Weather in October is more conducive to better times AFAIK.

cullen said it.. someone booked before us.

I am in London until aug 9th, so really your best bets are watching updates on the org? I'm bummed, we need to get something put together.

Orgie is down. Yeah, a track meet in BG would be awesome for the Fall. That way I could drag the first half of the day then head on down to NCM. Always wanted to go there.

Have fun in London (in case your reading this).

Dave: I say go for it unless you are seriously considering a turbo in the near future. My reasoning is that with time and usage, the $$$ you will be able to recoup from the exhaust will decrease. And if you plan on going turbo, then you most likely want to go to 3" piping, thus rendering any 2 1/2" useless (or at least too restrictive).

Fenando: NCM??? If it's anything in Nashville, it's bound to fun! (But, I don't know if I could let you unleash Luis on an unsuspecting public, in that kind of party town....without me! lol)
