thanks guys! the pics aren't the best but they will do till i can figure out how to take better night shots. i think its sad to say that i can work a manual 35mm camera better than a digital/manual one lol.

and whenever its back from a-spec, well be able to meet up w/ you sr24det. and anyone else before the cold comes

how about a little update?

Dyno pull to about 4500rpm when the intercooler pipe came off.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_WhVLJRoOeI

we swapped out the HKS SSQV bov in favor for a Tial bov. and did some more engine bay cleaning/ detailing.

picked up some truck peices (trunk was stripped when we got it)

we put some miles on the car. (this is as low as the car can go do to some suspension peices rubbing, but that will be delt with over winter, needs more low lol.)

had some fun, but had a few problems with the car.

the turbo's are on there way out. so we need to adress that over winter. plus the trans is having some issues, again need to fix that over winter.

but ah well.

Plan's for winter XS-Power T61 turbo kitTial wastegateBoost Logic oil linesnew trans (either another aristo trans or TH400)3200 rpm stall convertercustom oil cooler setupnew power steering linesnew brakesmore cooling mods (mostly alot of ducting)then back to the dyno in the spring to put down well into the 400's

tomarrow we are going out with a few friends to take some pics/vids so we will have them up later.

Thanks alot man, we were going for the real clean and well done look, i hate seeing hacked up swaps. should look better this spring with the single on it. And the sticker on the truck has since been removed

Thanks, yes the 3rd brake light says FWD FTL.

and please don't bring that up to her, she says that enough lol.

a little update.

i took these pic's about a month ago, the last night the car was out for the year.

i got the women some Pink RJS racing harness' for the car for christmas and installed them a few days later (no pic yet)

picked up a new Tial 38mm wastegate :D

this is what i have been working on this week, there coming along pretty well, still need alot more time and energy

still have ALOT more to order.

We decided instead of getting a "cheap" single turbo kit, we are just going to peice together a kit.

consisting of these partsTial 38mm wastegate.Treadstone cast manifoldPrecision BILLET 6265 .68 a/r Anti-surge cover polished and coatedBoost Logic T4 turbo blanketDei black ehaust wrap.

then i still need alot of other crap.

stock twin removal starting soon.

Me and my girlfriend started taking off the factory usdm turbo's off the car. and took some pics this weekend.

just wanted to see how some half done valve covers would look on the pink spark plug cover.

will finish removing stock us twins later this week.

question though - What do i do with the two connectors that went come off the coil packs?(just behind the blue coupler there is one, and the other one is just behind that to the right.

also, the two hard pipes coming off the waterneck, when going single to i just cut them off and weld them up? or should i get the us one (i believe it's differant?)

also drove down to chicago and picked up a Origin trunk spoiler.

also just ordered a Earl's 16 row oil cooler :D

why not? gotta admit this car was built for one person. It doesn't fit in with most of the 240's out there.

Not likely, she's not a big maroon/red person. Car will most likely be repainted a dark gray again with some heavy pink metal flake.

Thanks alot man, it's pretty cool. not many people believe it's her car. when ever we go somewhere they always tell me how nice my car is lol.

well the dark gray and pink is a really good combo, but i thought she was gonna paint it a different color so i was jus saying that would be an awesome color choice. all in all, it's one sexy looking car that if offered a ride i'd probably buy you gas for a week and ask to be chauffered to school for that week straight, and make you sign a contract saying that i'll see some WOT action at least twice on the journey to school. LOL.

or if you're ever in the 305 area (Miami, FL), let me know. i'd be glad to blow off school or work for a shotgun ride in this beast. wouldn't even give it a second thought.
