Well, of course, I got my hopes up only to get them shot back down...

My friend's sister's boyfriend was going to trade his CRX for the '96 240 with the R33 front-end (why the guy wanted a Honda is beyond me) and then sell it to me for about $2500...

Today someone offered him $2000 cash for the CRX, and he accepted.

So no f-in 1996 240SX for me.

I give up, I'm sick of looking and finding nothing but over-pricing or pieces of junk that I can't afford to repair.

I just don't know what to do now. :(

$2k will get you a B13, the ultimate sleeper... that'll run fine til you find a 240.

It's tragic really...I work at a damn tanning salon...I don't belong there either, but I don't know anyone else who is hiring, so I guess I'm stuck...

i was like that too, was thinking of all kinds of ways to get money for an s-13 (for like 3 years) then a couple months ago, a lady totaled my car and i now have my dream car, found it literaly the day i had my car totaled. so it worked out in the end.

and after i am done with the chiropractor, i should get a settlement offer and i will have some mod money (i hope)

i love karma

just keep your chin up and your eyes open and one will fall right into your lap.

You can buy mine.... what's your budget?

I really don't "want" to get rid of it... but I don't need it anymore... so if the price is right I might be convinced to sell.

Yeah, I was thinking about getting a beater and then turining it into something beautiful. But I'd rather start off with a clean slate...
