Yes, V-leds.com has them in white, blue or purple. They are the H11 (non-HID) and plug right in.

It is a job to replace them, best way is through the wheel well. Took me about an hour to do both sides.

I can't seem to find these on vleds:194_27_SMT_W for front “parking” lights

Anyone know where I can get them or what an alternative would be?

The heat issue was a combination of the particular location AND that the 14-led was a “high power” 5watt. However, these work perfect for backup lights.

194_27_SMT_W for front “parking” lights

194_HP2_W for license plate

921_14_HP_W Rear Backup Lights
That license plate part number you gave gives two options. One says 5k the other doesnt' say anything, which one do most of you get??

Here are pics of my HID conversion. I will take a better picture on the HID fog at night and post it next time. Here's the kit I used:

Here's the difference: The driver side fog is HID and the passenger side is stock filament bulb. :

How difficult is this to install? Any rewiring needed?

Has anyone changed their rear turn signals to LED? If so, please share details, like which bulb you used and if a resistor/load equalizer was used.

No rewiring needed, it's pure plug and play. The instillation took me less than an hour on both. Took four revits under the hood on each side and also took out the black plastic housing of the fog light. Then I unscrewed the metal fog light housing then basically installed the bulb and plug all wirings per the instruction manual. Then tricky part was the mounting of the ballast. There are like 3 holes on the driver side that you can use to mount them. On the passenger side, it's a little difficult because the area is very tight. I ended up mounting it on the front bumper area inside the fog light housing.

I got the kit from ebay. I read a lot about HID kits and the only one I can trust of is the Philips kit. I bought a cheaper one but I returned it because I read a lot about chinese made kits and they could burn your bulb housing. I paid about $195 for the kit. They sell around $190+ to $300+. I am looking into replacing the rear turn signal with LEDs so the turn signal doesn't look so odd with the rest of the LEDs back there. Is there a flasher like the one above in our cars that can be replaced with one for LEDs (higher resistance) so the turn signal flashes at a normal rate?

Sorry for reviving the old thread, but I have my LED turn signal lights shipping! Does anyone know if we do indeed have a compound flasher unit that is removable and replaceable? I have found a FSM looking diagram for the G37 that shows where it is, and I would assume it would be in the same spot/very close? I would rather not do 4 resistors, but go this route. If nobody has looked or done it, maybe I will try. Or does someone know if the signal is controlled by the BCM?
