Order spare ribs from your local Chinese food joint. They usually aren't all that bad.

You'd think a food scientist could come up with some decent ribs...

Neither (though I wouldn't turn them down).
The best ribs I've ever had have been at these two places: The Joint and Memphis BBQ Co.

http://memphisbbqco.com/

I could eat bbq two-three times a week.

If you think it has to do with magic, I'd say you're doing it wrong :chuckle:

Yesterday was my Friday and I was done at 3pm due to travel time. Of course I also found out I have to travel three days next week. Hopefully I'm over this cold by then. Nothing like being sick on your birthday weekend :frown:

Thanks man! Probably not if I'm still sick, but we will see :frown:

I started this week traveling to Louisville to our other branch. One of the service managers is going to be out for a couple of months, so they asked me if I'd be willing to come down two to three times a week. They gave me a company fuel card and basically clock me in as soon as I hit the car in the morning and I stay clocked in until I get home. My normal schedule is 7:30-4:00, so right now I'm working about 8:30-3:00 instead.

Very cool!
Remind your wifey that she cant get sick from Hj's and BJ's.
Are you hourly? If so, thats awesome that you get paid to drive!

I wish I could work 7:30-4. I'm usually here from 7-5 or 6 (and no lunch break). Yay salary and a lean company.
