The miata's exhaust is done!
Next stop, tuning!
But if boosting this morning was any indication, my stock clutch already SUCKS. Going to need that upgrade sooner than later.

Will your stock clutch hold, Ben?

I've already upgraded the clutch and installed an 11lb flywheel, but i am certain that the stock clutch would slip.

Stock clutches aren't rated to handle the torque of a turbo, you have to switch. Hell, I had to upgrade when I did my n/a higher compression build because it was slipping all over the place.

Morning Ben!

Spent the evening hours tuning my car. Loads of fun. Clutch slips about 2/3 of the way up 3rd and 4th gear. Bummskies. But its still wicked fast 0-60. Need to make a wager with the plant manager who has a new 128. He thinks he'll win.

Wow, 83! Folks really are living longer. Is he healthy?

I'm running 5lbs right now. But my boost gauge isn't the best/doesn't always read. I've tried all different sources of vacuum, so I am convinced that the gauge itself is the problem. Its pretty old anyway. I ordered a new one last night. My goal is to run 7-8. Pretty sure I'll be VERY happy. Though, I don't think I'll ever get near the gas mileage I used to because its WAY to much fun to drive now!

My dad is in real good health,he drove in from Palm Desert Ca.

If it is fun at 5lbs,it will be a blast at 8lbs!
I don't think i am going to take mine over 10lbs at first, the car has about 130000 miles on it but the engine is solid.

There's always somebody willing to take something too damn far I guess.

Me neither. We make some varied flavors here at work that is honestly just as good as the from scratch lebanese place in town. Needs more flavor/wet ingredients. We also make wraps. It steh Falafel Republic brand.
