If it looks worst than new it's time for a few drain and fills using $10 gallon Walmart ATF. I had hard shifting in my 94Q and Lucas Transmission treatment and Lubeguard both worked well in cleaning up varnishes the transmission internals and improved the 1-2 gear shift.
Do run the self-diagnostic as suggested. It's simple to do (sitting in the driver seat in your driveway) and may lead you to a bad sensor. Check out the Transmission section of the FSM (AT) for the self-diagnostic procedure. Has the TRANSMISSION MALFUNCTION warning come on in the Odometer display?
Finally, I'd ohm test the external mounted sensors on the transmission. There's 4 of them and they're easy to test. The turbine revolution sensor could be your culprit. You'll find the instructions for ohm testing in the AT section also.
Good luck.

Please tell me exactly how to do this if is not much trouble I already have the Lucas Transmission treatment but the idea of just send it in without some process seem not quite the solution, supposedly it had a atf not long ago change of a i dont know the word in English Spanish "junta" like the one between 2 cranks
The stain is very light pink
The self-diagnostic was an OK
