Hope I get to meet him in Aug.
Well, so far the only one installing is Florida and he is coming along fine other than the problems he mentioned above. Seems he has a few friends and a pesky dog that love to run off with his bolts/nuts/whatever is around and can be moved.

Looking forward to seeing what Geo's install goes like as well as AZ's in 2 weeks. Other than that, things are outlined pretty in depth in the manual, just continue calling if anyone has issues during installation

geo will be running mid next week

kit looks really nice mark. looks perfect for a street/stock motor car, judging by the piping and turbine size. geo definitly went with the right kit

Florida-The turbos in the Stage 1 kits are .48 AR Exhaust with Stage 3 turbines and the compressors are .57 trim with Stage 5 wheels. This is the setup we found to be the most efficient and potent through the entire powerband of the KA series engines. The Stage 2 turbos are much more aggressive on the top end, but sacrifice some spool up time down low.

Keep up the good work Justin and drop us an email when you get time with your ideas on helping others with the installs and we can collate them and post them up here for everyone.

Thanks gang and have a great weekend!

Only thign that I've really thought abotu is what I already told you.About the MR pipe.Either hone out the hole on your DP or washers for it. As for my dog runnign off my bag of bolts. 2 washers may be needed to use it with the cat.Fitment of the pipe is great though.I had fitment troubles with the IC pipes but that is probably due to my car not the kit. So only thign is to add a washer or 2 for the mr pipe which fits perfect on my car. Need nay pics chances are I have it and just let me know.

I used the IAP oil line kit and the only thing I didn't like about it was the rivet idea for the return flange. I ditched that and just used two bolts with lock-washers.

Geo: what fuel supply route did you take? Did you get the FMU or upgrade to the walbro?

Both of those would be required. The fuel pump gets more fuel to the FMU so it can increase pressure going to the injectors.

From what I understand all Stage 1 kits for NICO members come with the high pressure Walbro pump.

No, IAP site says choice of FMU *or* walbro. The walbro's they supply are the higher-pressure version, correct?

like florida's setup, he asked for the walbro pump or the nico kit comes with it, and the stock fpr adds pressure when it sees boost(up to probably 7psi), so you keep your stock injectors and everyfin else.(bolt-on kit afterall)

It coem with the walbor which bumps up base psi 10...and the fpr will rase 1 psi every 1psi of boost. Tryign to figure out how to hook up this wideband so I can confirm runnign rich or lean. Will be done by Saturday.
