My guess is no... a bearing is a bearing. As long as it has the same dimensions... that is all it is. Granted, I'm not 100% sure on this (maybe the dimensions are different).

You MIGHT be able to cut and weld your factory seat rail?

If you pump it quickly, does the pedal feel better (for a moment), or does it still suck?

it sounds like your master cylinder is no good. If its not leaking any fluid out, but its not making the pressure that you need, then something is wrong in the master. Did the fluid get dark?

You COULD try bleeding it again, before you go ripping the master out. Bleeding is pretty quick and easy, and doesn't really cost anything.

the master is brand new.and i bled it like crazy already.ugh.ill go do it a thrid time.could it be that j30s use more fluid so the pedal feels not as stiff?

did you bleed the mastor cylinder before you put it on? on most cars there is one brake line that comes out of the MC, take a piece of rubber hose from that line into the tank on the MC with fluid in it and pump it and see if air comes out. you can leave it on the car if theres enough room to get in there. if this doesnt fix your problem then i would run trough everything again.

thanks papasmurf for the link. i geuss i should of took 15 more min and looked around in here.

ive got another question though.. ive been wanting to buy a hid kit for my hatch but cant really find anything i like. theres a couple things ive seen, either the retarted(IMO) lookin ebay replacement 2 bulb type thing that does away with the pop ups or the hid kit write up on 240sxtech.com where you cut and put tsx projectors in the stock bulbs. but i like what the black 240sx vert that used to be displayed on the 240sx.org home pagethat had the sleepy eye look but idk how that was set-up. is there any other hid setups possible to keep the pop ups? im tryin to make sure i avoid all critters when sitting a couple inches off the ground. thanks.

I'm not new but I do have a simple question. I need to know a specific length of the 240. To be exact it'd be where the side skirts sit at. So if anyone would be so kind to take a measuring tape and measure their S13 for me that'd be great. All I was able to find were wheelbase measurements and overall length. I posted pics of what I where I need the measurements.

I'm trying to find similar sides like these Feed sides to fit my 240.

Sure, just cut and weld, then bodywork...

I'm pretty sure that one o-ring goes right around the injector itself...
justinedible4 wrote:Im a newb and my question is, with the s14 spindles will that affect any coilovers i buy or any other suspension components up front? e.g. lca, tension rod, etc.
S13 coilovers will be fine, but you have to drill out the holes slightly as the bolts on the S14 spindle are a little bigger. The control arms is fine, except for the ball joint, and the tension rods never touch the spindle

Honestly, the reason I haven't answered your question is I don't know. I'm sure that's the reason OTW or PapaSmurf haven't answered it either. Try starting a topic.

Lol. Yes, it has evolved. It is no longer a "simple" question.

that and they are pretty crappy pictures. Take better ones, as well as take a pic of the injector itself.

The large one was a no brainer... there is the injector with a notch in it the same diameter as the O-ring. I want to say the small one (the one on the left) goes on the very end of the injector.
