how much is an AMS oil change for a ka24de? I got about 800 miles to my next oil change and I hear this stuff gets the timing chain to STFU...should I run a thicker oil also? I hear some guys run 20w50 in their SR's

I'm running 10w30 right now and it's fine.
I'm thinking about going 10w40 next time, so it doesn't get as thin when it's hot.

My oil change was $77 for 6 quarts and with the filter, and after the discount.
