I realize the inconvenience caused to you. However, I tried to replicate the event at our end and was able to enter the VIN number manually.
Also, I inquired from the engineers and was informed that there is no current issue with the site.
It seems that cached information is giving the same web page. I believe the problem you're experiencing will be resolved if you clear out your Web browser's cache and cookies.
