I've already researched and have seen videos on how to change the bulbs for the high and low beam. However when I untwist and remove the piece where the low bulb is, there is no bulb at the end (just a plastic knob?). Is there something I'm not doing? Can someone please post a video or picture on replacing just the low beam bulbs on a 2012 Nissan Rogue?

I’m confused. There’s no bulb to change? I assume your car has halogen bulbs? I’m not familiar with a 2012 but I switched my wife’s 18 to led’s and I was able to access everything from the top. My 09 Altima requires going through the wheel well. If the bulb is burnt out and worked at 1 time then there has to be a bulb there unless it fell out and is in the housing.

Me too. Even if you have xenons there's still a bulb, it just attaches differently. Maybe you can post a pic of what you're looking at?

Yeah, there's something amiss here. Until you post a video or picture(s) we're working blind. Is yours equipped with HID or Xenon?

Here's a discussion with a video on replacing a bad HID ballast on a 2010. If that's possibly what's wrong with yours then the replacement procedure will be EXACTLY the same for your 2012.
