My son recently told me that he wanted to build a car with me, so his son could learn about this stuff. Great feeling for me. The little one is 4 years old. I'm ready!!

Hey Dave why isn't your son on here, or is he and we just don't know it? I have wondered this since you first started posting. Is he too busy with school work?

XNS-- is here--- he is currently without online access as a result of overuse... the kid goes 20 hours straight on the computer when he is coneected... He poached a wireless card the other day I caught him and had to ground him for a while.

He has posted a little, but he is a bit concerned about getting flamed if he asks a dumb question... This forum can be pretty tough on the NOOBs

Once he gets the car back I sure he will post some smack about all the work he did. Toss up some pics and ask you guys what you think... be nice... most of the ideas for the car came from this site.

Still looking for one more Volk AV3 if anyone has a suggestion I would appreciate...

I think we are one of the most "n00b" friendly forums, well now we are. Besides nobody should be afraid of a site on the internet. We're a happy family. :D

I'm a newby and feel that I have been treated quite well. Still learning the rules of manners here, but nobody has been rude, just very helpful. I frind myself talking with highly experienced people as well as high school kids. No problems. Maybe he's just a little shy or intimidaded. You don't even have to spell perfectly!
