Hey man i figured it out.

It was so simple!

I was just trying to get the fender off and it was easier to just take the bumper off first.

Haha, u were the first person i saw that was online.

Thanks for being on standby though man!

already told you where to find very cheap manual belts lol. but good luck with that, i'm sure it isn't easy to find em in blue. i could have sworn you had black interior though, but maybe i'm crazy.

well...

i am stupid

my panels ARE black- its been that long since ive driven her; i always assumed it was a dark blue cuz my seats/carpets are blue.....

but

they black

so im orderin them soon (i gotta transfer moneyz)

update?

got my arms back w bushings pressed in- only 220 for the labor of removal and install (oo and new balljoints)

SPL said they are shipping my rucas TODAY (finally)

umm the subframe has all four bushings/collars out (worst job ive ever had to do on the car- its a b****) and i started prepping it for paint

got more sanding done- tommorow i hope to finish that mess (should be able to)

plans:

SAT- lay down the undercoating, possibly paint the few pieces i have yet to do either sat or sunday

reassemble the subframe minus the RUCAs monday

install the following sat- then its just paint the interior (order) and install my sound deadening and put the interior back in; do some temp paint for the few panels that got bodywork and im set!!

its commin together!!!

i left my camera at home or i wouldve gotten more pics..... def take it along tmw

stay tuned

theres the fenders guys.... the drivers on the bottom is bent a bit but its great otherwise.

MY LIP

also got a perfect overflow tank- ill probably sell it

all my arms back from getting bushings and new balljoints pressed in.

some need paint touch-ups

still planning to have this put back together so saturday i can get everythin back on the car.

i ordered new rear cailpers today too (mine are fubar) and some misc stuff from nissan. ill order my seatbelts tmw and then im DONE!! for now

alright so i havent updated but i got alot done. basically im waiting on new subframe risers from PBM to raise the subframe back up.

and ive been helping tom (didderson) get his car finished while its at my house

the pinapples are too loose if you take those sleeves out like WC suggested idk how his fit in there but its scary loose on mine.

heres the subframe mostly done: should go up sat and then im done!

but the real progress has been on the car itself. Finished the undercoating two weeks ago over easter (didnt have a camera and it wasnt fun so)

then onto the interior love- painted the floor (totally rushed it so it looked like poo so no pics

but then laid some fat mat, not even an entire 50 ft2 roll i dont mind some noise.

got the gas tank lines back on, had trouble manuvering it into position with just a jack (so its suspended there for now)

then placed the carpet back in, only downside for me is the hump where the stock belts go cuz they arent there anymore

swapped out the headliner- might have to tear it back out thursday i forgot to remove the US spec bracket for the A pillar- which i dont have due to the company i chose to use not sending JDM A-pillars so now i have a gap ill get it sorted out eventually

US spec headliner is for sale locally

ended up being too dirty and got too involved so i missed my class today o well

as i left it today- im so close to the end i can smell it

the bushings might have fit tighter if you left the inner metal rings in...

i still think my car's magic then, cuz my bushings were snugger then your tightest and then only got firmer when compressed during installation.

its cool man, the PBM ones actually raise the subframe so it will make it a tad lower- helpful since i dont have height adjustibility.
