A drivers first race is usually a mess. I would go to a race that give you a lot of XP/money but has weak competition and after one race he should be level 3 or 4. You dont get any more $ for the races if thats what you're getting at. Technically since you have to do an extra 2 laps on average you make less $. You do win cars that you can only win in B-spec and they get better the farther u make it.
