Other than that, I agree. I will gladly get in a physical altercation with any guy who hits a chick. I don't care if he's twice my size, I'd gladly step in.
That s*** doesn't fly, ever.

Then blow it off someplace else. Not in front of her.AppleBonker wrote:Maybe, but blowing off steam is healthy. You can't just keep it all bottled up.

I thought that's what was happening here?AZhitman wrote:Then blow it off someplace else. Not in front of her.AppleBonker wrote:Maybe, but blowing off steam is healthy. You can't just keep it all bottled up.
You been in trouble with the law?AZhitman wrote:AppleBonker wrote:I will gladly get in a physical altercation with any guy who hits a chick. I don't care if he's twice my size, I'd gladly step in.Only time I've EVER had to deal with "the law" was because of this.
For once Brien, I have to agree with you. A lot of women these days don't appreciate the good men in their lives.PoorManQ45 wrote:Unfortunately a lot of my generation's woman have not learned the other side of that.
A man should treat his wife/SO as his queen, and a woman should treat the man the same way. Not as a king, as that implies inferiority.
Too often I have seen woman treated like royalty, but then they turn around and walk all over their partner. That's not right.
*note* This is not meant to defend the OP in any way. He is an idiot!

The goal is to blow it inside her.AZhitman wrote:Then blow it off someplace else. Not in front of her.

Or the inflated equivalent.

You're colorblind? I didn't know that.

Ha! You're one to talk. I'm not gonna bring out specifics, but it's hypocritical that you agree with Greggy Poo's post when you've done one of the things he downed.ADDirishboy wrote:AZhitman wrote:

Something I've learned:
For every weak-d!ck punk BOY out there...
...you know, the ones who raise a hand to their girl, who don't keep their commitments, who mess around behind their back, who think they're "entitled" to sex, who don't treat them like a princess, who don't put in that little extra effort to make her happy every day...
...there's always a guy (like me) who will appreciate her more. And we're watching.
A creeper? Uh, this coming from the guy that wears mirrored aviator sunglasses at the beach so his GF doesn't notice him checking out girls??krimsonviper wrote:Ha! You're one to talk. And here comes wise wingfeather to the rescue.wingFeather wrote:Gotta love the internet. Everyone is equating an immature rant with wife beating, and are rooting for their quick demise. FAIL.
As much as it pains me to say this, I agree with wing here (anyone who has seen me go back and forth with him can testify to my disappointment with this statement). I still say the OP was just venting. He didn't claim to hit his wife. It also didn't sound like he went off on her from the original post. This might not be the venue for it, but let the dude blow off some steam. Somehow we jumped from frustration to killing kittens or something. Makes my head hurt. I need to go shower now, I feel dirty.ADDirishboy wrote:And here comes wise wingfeather to the rescue.wingFeather wrote:Gotta love the internet. That to me says he flipped and started yelling at his injured wife for not bringing home firewood.OP wrote: I f**king lost it and she got all pissed off and said I was making a big deal out of nothing and that I could go get it myself.
I also agree with that statement. Not saying that the OP would do that, but losing it over some wood doesn't bode well.AZhitman wrote:
Because the natural progression for a man to verbally berate a woman is to raise his voice. Once that's not effective (and it won't be), the next logical progression is to use force.
Losing it != assaulting (verbally/physically) anyone. I've snapped before and yelled at inanimate objects. Don't go jumping to conclusions. Having said that, the next part of your statement is void since we can't prove the OP did anything to his significant other directly.ADDirishboy wrote:That to me says he flipped and started yelling at his injured wife for not bringing home firewood.OP wrote:I f**king lost it and she got all pissed off and said I was making a big deal out of nothing and that I could go get it myself.
Have I lost it over stupid s*** and started yelling at friends? Yes. Did I ever lose it and start yelling at my ex? Never. Not once. Yes, we got into fights. But never once did it escalate to us yelling at each other.AppleBonker wrote:

And you've never lost it over something stupid? Or maybe had something stupid be the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back? We all have long days from time to time and get fed up with the crap. So I can't faulty anyone for this...
I don't know, but that comment makes it sound like he started yelling about firewood at his wife. Maybe I'm reading this in a different way than you are?vikesfankevin1986 wrote:I f**king lost it and she got all pissed off and said I was making a big deal out of nothing and that I could go get it myself.
