sorry, not offering that orange color right now.. I may not, ever, it all depends on how the first orders go. right now, a lot of folks have expressed interest, but not a lot of folks have ponied up the dough!

To do what you are asking, I will hve to use a different light vendor and their turn around time is not very fast. I would need money in advance to work with the dealer, but it could happen. BUt only if you are serious about this, and yes it will be $50 extra!

you just pull them up with your fingers.. start at one end, and slowly pull up.. once you get your fingers get under it a little bit, try to get your fingers under it as much as possible, and just pry em up

yeah, it was a hell of a wait, but now that i have the car back i really don't even remember not having it. especially when i mash the gas pedal to the floor also, I'm deciding when i'll put her in the bodyshop to get the bodykit installed. i'm not willing to part ways and let the bodyshop have the car for a couple days just yet. prolly sometime late this month or early next month. which style kick plates did you order blake?

there's npthing "plain jane" about a part that only 10 other cars in the country have! The brushed aluminum makes for a VERY stoick look, the c arbon fiber looks VERY GOOD, but it also looks aftermarket... still very good though

Haha not plain jane as in boring, I meant plain jane as compared to NISMO with blue and red lettering, or something of that nature

I'm not sure... how are you testing them? You must use a 12 volt battery to test them , make sure the connections are strong... these things work via an all or none phenomenon, and I personally tested each plate before I sent them out... but if it continues, just send the kickplate back to me so that I can confirm that indeed it is not functioning to 100% specs, and I will fabricate a new one for you and mail it back to you free of charge!

I was just wondering...I know you said something a couple posts back how you might not be doing these anymore and if you did you'd have to increase the price...I'm sure for such a cool mod that could be customized the usual customer wouldn't mind paying more...so with that in mind right off the top of your head what would you say the new price would be for these exclusive customizable kick plates...I wouldn't mind paying more at all as long as they're still available within the next month...hit me back

Hey Doc, im really interested in purchasing these. I would LOVE to have Summer on it, I doubt i would pass on them if i had to get either "altima or nissan" on it, but please find out if somehow, someway Summer can be put on it. Thanks!!!

I just got my coupe last friday and joined the forum yesterday after a few days of just coming on here and reading. You guys are a great help and I hope to also contribute here as well. Im a Union Electrician and will gladly do my best to help with anything electrical if i can.

I am just now fabricating the last few from the previous round of orders

Both sides did the the same for me the passenger side has stopped and driver side has gotten better then only thing I can think is the transformer needs to break in.

This thread is long and I might have just missed this...but I couldn't find the answer.

I want some...I just got my coupe, and the aluminum kicks they promised me didn't actually come on the car.. but I bought it anyway.

Do I need to buy aluminum kicks for you to modify, or can you hook me up with the kicks and the illumination all together?

ya about that, i didnt test them, lol. just figured it was plug and play. at any rate, ive had some time to take a look at these and i think i found the cause. first off, the drivers side has begun to flicker faintly. meaning that its the same brightness as usual, but if you watch very closely, you can detect a slight flicker at times, but only sometimes. the passenger side, on the other hand, is almost always flickering. and i believe the cause may be that the top of the plate, the plexi portion, has begun to separate. at one point, one of my friends leaned down and applied a small amount of pressure to the portion (leading edge) of the plate that has started to separate, and the flickering stopped momentarily. so i think that the separation may be causing it.

now i see no need to send these back to you, especially at a cost to you seeing as how you've already done so much for us. i believe that with a little information from you i can fix these myself. how exactly does the glow tape work? does the whole pressure=no flashing make any sense to you? it looks like its separated right above where the power leads come into the kick plate. thanks for any advice or input.

He currently isn't taking orders, but when he was you could either supply your kickplates or just add another $70 and he would supply them.
