sorry, not offering that orange color right now.. I may not, ever, it all depends on how the first orders go. right now, a lot of folks have expressed interest, but not a lot of folks have ponied up the dough!papawu wrote:I have the following kickplates, would it be possible to make the "ALTIMA" and the 2 stripes on each side light up an amber(or what orange that is) color to match the instrument panel?
I've got you covered.. [/quote]spockrock wrote: check your spam folders. Also did you get my reply email
you just pull them up with your fingers.. start at one end, and slowly pull up.. once you get your fingers get under it a little bit, try to get your fingers under it as much as possible, and just pry em uprazah9 wrote:Can you post how to remove them?
I received your plates... the guys at the shop are not working as fast as I would like. your plates should be done by Tuesday Warner!08altima35 wrote:i checked ups tracking and you should get mine today. do you have any idea what the turn-around will be on custom orders?thanks in advance.
not working as fast as you would like? next tuesday is earlier than i expected. i thought i'd be looking at more than a week from the time you received mine. i'm sure you know my story, i'm comfortable with waiting for quality mods. thanks for the update robrjdmmfl1 wrote:

Just went with the plain jane, silver nissan with white light. I was gonna get STILLEN, but I have that name on my car enough08altima35 wrote:yeah, it was a hell of a wait, but now that i have the car back i really don't even remember not having it. especially when i mash the gas pedal to the floor also, I'm deciding when i'll put her in the bodyshop to get the bodykit installed. i'm not willing to part ways and let the bodyshop have the car for a couple days just yet. prolly sometime late this month or early next month. which style kick plates did you order blake?
there's npthing "plain jane" about a part that only 10 other cars in the country have! The brushed aluminum makes for a VERY stoick look, the c arbon fiber looks VERY GOOD, but it also looks aftermarket... still very good thoughadidas2go wrote:

Haha not plain jane as in boring, I meant plain jane as compared to NISMO with blue and red lettering, or something of that naturerjdmmfl1 wrote:

I'm not sure... how are you testing them? You must use a 12 volt battery to test them , make sure the connections are strong... these things work via an all or none phenomenon, and I personally tested each plate before I sent them out... but if it continues, just send the kickplate back to me so that I can confirm that indeed it is not functioning to 100% specs, and I will fabricate a new one for you and mail it back to you free of charge!sonicbliss wrote:hey rob, i got my kickplates. these are pretty friggen sweet man, thanks!but i have a small issue. my drivers side plate works fine, but the one on the passenger side flickers. not off and on, just flickers like between normal brightness and dim. what can i do to remedy this?
when i get back home on sunday ill try to get pics up so you guys can see these. pretty sexy if i dont say so myself.
Are we supposed to test them before we get them installed?? lol I have a feeling that was a dumb questionrjdmmfl1 wrote:You must use a 12 volt battery to test them
Both sides did the the same for me the passenger side has stopped and driver side has gotten better then only thing I can think is the transformer needs to break in.rjdmmfl1 wrote:

He currently isn't taking orders, but when he was you could either supply your kickplates or just add another $70 and he would supply them.{WBK}Viper wrote:This thread is long and I might have just missed this...but I couldn't find the answer.
I want some...I just got my coupe, and the aluminum kicks they promised me didn't actually come on the car.. but I bought it anyway.
Do I need to buy aluminum kicks for you to modify, or can you hook me up with the kicks and the illumination all together?
