It will go AWD if you swap the RB26 from the AWD Skyline, if you want a RWD RB26DETT in forza 2 just edit the diff to 100% Rear, insta RWD RB26DETT.

And as far as i can tell from the list there are no GTSTs at launch but maybe late they might be DLC, although i highly doubt it.

I would like a 0/100 because that bothers me too that there isn't a RWD swap. In fact it bothers me that they don't have 90% of the S chassis swaps.

Wow i cant believe they put this "2009 Nissan Versa SL" over greater cars from nissan. horrible, just horrible. They basically didnt try hard enough or did not mind to put the S14a or kouki and the most demanding car, the 180sx.

Thats so True, the 180sx has been begged for since Forza 1.I thought for sure it would be DLC in Forza 2, but that never happened. And i dont see them suddenly seeing the light and bringing the 180 this time around.

Its funny they havent put it in cuz pretty much every international interview, before the full car list was released had the question will the 180/200sx be in the game. Id think they would realize just how much people want the car.

Id rather have the 180sx in the game than the R35...as much fun as im sure the R35 would be ingame, i think id have more fun with a 180SX.

I'd rather have every car made by every Japanese and US Manufacturer in game than the massive amounts of Ferrari, Lambo, and all the other exotics that they have in the game. I understand it's a racing sim and that people want the exotics, but honestly, how many Lambo or Ferrari owners do you know that take their cars out on the track. Now how many people do you know that take their Japanese or US made car to the track?

They promised that with Forza 2, and we only got 3 car packs and 1 track pack. and they all sucked. I'd like them to have an alternating pattern with the DLC, one month they do a car pack, the next they do a track pack and follow that pattern. There are a bunch of tracks I'd like to see them add, the Top Gear Test track being one of them.

You are not very good with comparisons and statistics...... fortunately I have a major in mathematics to clear this up. First off, how many people do you know that own a Lambo, Porsche, Ferrari etc.? And how many people do you know that own a Japanese car? Pretty much everyone I know in my area with an exotic do some sort of autocross, track day etc. Out of all the car enthusiast I know in my area with a Japanese vehicle, probably only 10% of them, if that, do any sort of events. It's a numbers thing

as far as i can remember in forza 1 if you put a rb26dett in a s14-s15 it stayed rwd they should give us 2 options rwd rb26dett and awd rb26dett. yes a 180sx would be cool as in the game fingers crossed for the next one

Both are requisite Nissan engines for this game. If they are missing, Turn10 needs to close up shop and start selling bagels, because they clearly suck at putting together racing game content.

Let me clear things up again with these shenanigans

Basically it has been confirmed that all cars have a swap now alsoin the "car upgrades" the engine swap is now seperated by the drivetrain swap. So now you could have the same engine but RWD or AWD. Depending on the car obviously. Oh yeah there are no cross manufacture swaps due to licensing .

For Proof: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tml2WavE4vc

You could obviously tell the R32 is rwd and not awd.

The only cars i know of that you cant do this to is Mitsubishi's due to licensing again i think.

I also heard that you could put the 5.0 block in the Fiesta and turn it to an AWD beast just like tanner foust's fiesta

/end rant

If this is the case then does this mean they actually did the research and have the Z32 trans available as a drivetrain swap, which would give all the S chassis fanboi's a woody. As far as the cross manufacturer swap goes I have to say boo to that, to ba able to do an LS1 or LT1 swap into an S chassis or RX7 would absolutely rock, hope the at least give us the VK56 to play with.

Let's see if they go stupid with the swaps again and allow people to swap in the Viper's V10 into the new Charger or Challenger.

As far as the car list goes, I'm actually a little upset they don't have either the Neon or Caliber SRT4's in the game. I'm also more than a little upset that all the JDM goodness is on the second disc, seeing as I have an OG 20GB HDD and don't have the money to get either a 60 or 120GB HDD. I'd also like to know how you get into the VIP club, I preordered the collectors edition which is supposed to give you access to the VIP club but according to the FM site the VIP club has it's own cars, so is there a VIP edition that I am not aware of?

Edit: I just checked the car list again on the Forzamotorsport.net, and I was wrong, looks like the car list on the 1st disc has most of the regular cars on it and the second disc has las minute add ons. As far as how to get the VIP membership cars, you have to get the LCE edition which is what I have on pre-order. Sorry I'm a dumbass at times.

Here have the official launch trailer as an apology, look for it to show on your tv screens soon.

ARE YOU SERIOUS?

DLC pisses me off big time...Because it is not like they can't put it in the game from the get go? I understand that some cars weren't available yet because they came out after the game but most of them exsisted around the time the game came out but NO, my $50 wasn't enough...

I have to spend $20+ on DLC, BS man...BS.

Think about it, your paying $70+ for a video game. NOT COOL

Technically I preordered the Limited Collectors Edition, so I'm paying $90 for a video game, add sales tax and I'm actually paying like $96 for a video game, either way if you don't want to pay that much, just wait 6 - 8 months and it will be down to $40 as a GOTY edition with all of the DLC added in.

VQ and RB swaps confirmed for both S13 and S14. Aswell as AWD conversions. Stroker kits also confirmed. You also have the option of going from a twin turbo system to a single turbo.

All I really want to know is this, is the KA an option for the Silvia/240SX? Or did they stay all JDM Tyte with it and give you the EsssssArrrgh? I'd really like to build up a KA in game and see what it would do against a built up SR on the track.

No overfenders

S13 only has 2 bodykits available and they are both from origin.

And to my disappointment aswell, no KA either

It's all coo' though. Just finished whooping some Audi,Chevy,Lambo,Ferrari,Porche a** in my 600HP RB S14

no there will not be any sorts of overfenders in the game.... People are really good at painting them anywho.

but anyway I found these pictures off my friends photostream since he's on BLKJ, hes got the version of the game already. but dont worry hes got to buy a brand new copy if he wants the DLC stuff

First i want to say Work Euroline DH's are in the game

*the picture looks bad cause of compression and they havent fixed the server on the forums for FM3.

also here are a few other pics he took

Genesis

S13... Notice the photomode has more editing to it. Which means more fun for me

The KA's the "big" iron-block 2.4 liter 4 that Nissan used pretty widely here in the US. We got it in place of the SR in some cars (240sx, Altima[Bluebird]) and in the small pickups and SUVs. They're tough and torquey, but not rev-happy or JDM enough for a lot of "grass is greener" folk.

A little bit of both, the parts are manufactured in Japan but the car was put together here, though most of the S13's were built in Japan and shipped over. I have a 95 and it was built in the the Tennessee plant, but my 89 was built assembled in Japan and then finished in Mexico.
