I wonder what was wrong with the KA24E? My KA24DE gets about 9km/L (21mi/gallon) in the city, and that is on the low end of the typical KA mileage spectrum. On the highway, I can get 12km/liter (28mi/gallon).

you has the point... i have more weight at the front.. and now.. i havent good suspencion at the front... the front stabilizer is disconnect. and i need to fix it... its easy to oversteer into the corners... i dont have overheating problems now.. because i change the stock radiator with other more eficient .tryiian wrote:Hey maik, i`m curious as to how your car turns and handles with the v8 compared to when it had the ka24e. Did/do you ever push the car in turns or corners? I`m pretty sure you spin the tires a lot more now with the v8, so I know it`d be a good drift powerplant, I`d just be worried about overheating it if it was sitting on the revv limiter for a long time.
I wouldn`t mind being a v8-in-s14 pioneer, ford v8 anyway. Lord knows it`d be easy to find a motorset and installation help where I live. I`m pretty sure Alabama is the musclecar/drag car capital of the world, at least alongside detroit.
