The folks over here in GA, should meet up and caravan to. Then link up with the Florida guys. This just sounds like a nice adventure for the year. Will be so much fun.

Count me in... I won't stay there though... my uncle and the 09 chipped E61 w/ KW V3's I put together for him are very close... will just stay with him... time to stop playing with the S4 Avant and get back in the S13 a bit

Oh... I'm in the Detroit Metro area... might go home to Wilmington, NC afterward... don't know yet

I'm all down for a caravan, and meeting up with the florida peeps. probably the best place i could think of to meet up would be discover mills Mall off of 85 in suwanee. forget about meeting up in atlanta, it would be too packed and people would get lost, but discover mills is a great place, its right off 85 and it has a seperate 2 mile merge ramp to 85 north so we would have enough room to group everybody up and not having to worry about traffic.

http://maps.google.com/maps?oe...&z=17

i could take charge of the meeting spot to start the caravan since i live right around discover mills and know the area well.

I'm Def down with meeting up with the Orlando guys.

I'm cool with meeting up with the GA guys, but.....That discover mills mall looks like its far from I-75As per Google maps to get to Robbinsville, NC we gotta take I-75 up.

Since this is gonna be a 14 hour trip, I'm not trying to stray from the hwy/route.

Why don't we meet up somewhere off the I-75 hwy?

hahaha, buddy. im taking 129 alllll the way up to robbinsville. ima enjoy some GA mountains before i get to NC. anyone who wants a scenic route stick with me hahahah. and besides robbinsville is no where near 75 running. Hwy 129 straight out of gainesville all the way up is a helluva lot quicker, and might i say more enjoyable. but do what you want lol..

heres the exact route im taking...

http://maps.google.com/maps?f=...&z=10

and heres the route you're planning on taking...

http://maps.google.com/maps?f=...&z=10

look at the time and mile difference.

trust a mountain man to send you in the right direction. :D

Hey Cameron I looked up your route. Looks like we need to get off exit 106 or 107 on I85 to get to Discover Mills. We can follow I75 and get off at I85. Or we can take I75 to I675 to I285 to I85 and go around instead. It really makes only a few minutes difference in our 7.5 to 8 hour trip time from Orlando. So if Sil240 makes it through Orlando between 1am - 3am that puts us through Discover mills between 9am - 11am. So we'll say meet up at the mall around 10am +/- 1 hour. How does that sound? /

Cameron -

Yeah your right.I didn't follow the google maps all the way up.I just saw 75 and asssumed that was what we were taking.

Yeah that looks like the way were going.I Google maps is being a PITA right now, so I cant see exactly where your going.

But my phone says.Through ATL, then 85 north then Route 400 / 19 North to GA-9 North to US-129

But it looks like we hit US-129 at Turners Corner.Your gonna hit US-129 from 985.

If thats the faster route, then yeah I'm down.If everyone else is gonna go that route I'm down.

I just don't wanna make the trip there any longer. It's gonna be a 14 hour trip for the South FL. guys.

S14-neo - I'll def meet up.I'm probably coming with a Ralliart and maybe another S13. Or Whoever else is from Miami.

240AceX - Yeah a couple min no big deal.

I'm def getting one of those cig lighter splitters, so I can run my CB Radio, Phone/GPS and my Radar.

Anyone know of a good radar, that I wont have to break the bank to get??

85 to 985 to 129 is a straight shot, 400 is out of the way and too many stop lights.

Cameron - Sounds good.meet up at Discover Mills mall, then we'll follow you.

HXC- you gotta come out, This meet will be EPIC!!!!

I've already started checking out Radars.I have my eye on the Whistler 78SE and the XTR-690SE.If I could get either one for less than $100, that'd be awesome!!

Valentine 1 is the only way to go. trust me i have had mine for 4 years and ive only been busted once and thats because i was doing 160mph and when the valentine 1 went off i got my speed slowed down to 107mph before he locked on me, so i didnt have to go to jail and the fine was only $215 + traffic school for no points for a C&I.

Im really considering it since its at the epic tail of the dragon and i want my dragon sticker to put on my car. I was thinking of going to the z days that are held there but i think i would fit in a bit more at this event and you never know it might be so epic that modified mag might do a story on us or any of the other import magazine.
