should be a little easier than finding a "Active" w\TCS ECU

yeah... Some 93's work too I think... If you go to look at an ECU, open the top thing, and if theres 2 circuit boards inside and not just 1, your golden.

I picked up a '93 model and Robert said it'll work. He told me to look for a gold anodized case if it was a '93 and it would probably work. I guess he reprogrammed it this weekend so hopefully I'll have it back this week sometime. I'll report in when I get it installed with my results.

For a 94 Q45, I was going to replace the air box with a open filter. Are the chips programed for stock only vechels? What is changed with the chip?

It makes no difference what mods you have to car, because the ECU compensates...

If you read my other thread about the BETTER THAN JWT ECU i go into more detail on what is done.
