true im fine doing my own wiring for the most part and im capable of it, but greeneyes does it so much faster then me, it'd be stupid not to have him do my wiring i am getting really familiar with s13 wiring since im swapping body harnesses and ive seen every inch of wiring intimately

CHICAGO!!!!!!! lol ****, i just moved here from northern cali, no one around here has 240s im glad to hear that some do exist here cause i was feelin lonely....lol hey can i come to the BBQ too??? i went to the pick in pull last friday in indiana with my friend in his "honduh" they had a crap load of 240 hatches lookin clean, i was tryin to find some oem floormats or a damn coolant resivoir, but nada they had everything else.

man chicago is so lucky i been wanting to do an sr20 but cali emissions (smog) are the freakin worst, my bro was telling me that here there there is no more emissions tests for 1995 and lower cars, so i made up my mind and now saving my pennies for an rb swap.

we should make our own chicago 240 meet ups, cause im tired of seeing honduhs everywhere

IL doesnt do emissions on cars older than 95?! is this really true? lol because my car will be registered here w/ my SR20...and then im movin to cali next summer. hmmm tthen i couldnt get hit for emissions in cali because its registered here =Dand yeah next summer is the planned BBQ

mrgreeneyes.... you are awesome man lol and that scramble of wires are coming out of the bulldog security boxthanks man! helping me out a lot, and now i have something else to do tomoroww

yeah it's true thats why im going with the rb26, yeah man cali is gonna kill it for you, the only thing i was thinking is if you have a family member still living here in IL then when it's time to renew your regsitration then have their address and and have them renew it so you can keep the plates from IL because as soon as you get you car registered in cali you gotta do your smog (emissions test) you're gonna fail the visual and the tail pipe tests, it's gay what part of cali are you moving to?

haah thats awesome-goodbye AIV! lol it really does suck because my GTP has an open cone intake and that throws an emissions leak on my PCM...so i might have to swap it out when it comes time for emissions in feb. ohwell!

that blows! my rents got divorced when i was like 10 so i had to take care of my lil brother while my mom worked 2 jobs for 3years til she got remarried...its hard but im stronger for iti might go ebay exhaust but im not sure yet, i wanna do this car right BUT i have to get her running and then sell my other car so i can get everything the way i want itthanks for the tip

once i have a FMIC, bov, boost controller [still deciding b/w manual or the profec b], turbo timer, clutch, tires/wheels, and possibly a new radiator ill start to focus on suspension-PBM coils, rucas, tension rods, and toe rods

im no greeneyes, but i figured id help out. most of my answers are correct, if not someone will point them out. hope this helps
DriftBoy07 wrote: VVV it looks like the bulldog wire splices into an oem plug. if thats the case, remve the bulldog wire and reconnect the oe wire by soldering them back together. it looks like the other bull dog wire goes into the super multijunction ( the big white box aka smj) or one of the plugs behind it. either way since its aftermarket and no long needed remove it. is that on the pass side near where the glove box would be? if so it might be ac or blower motor related.id bet money that black wire is for a ground. remove it along with that whole plug which appears to be connected to nothinglooks like bitched up oe wires for stereo harnessoem plug, let it aloneoem relay, leave it alone
greeneyes, if im wrong (which is possible, correct it)
