Sorry Rager, this submission will have to undergo a full Executive Committee Review. There are two substantive issues which have initiated the review process: (1) it is not from Craigslist; (2) It is so damn hideous that it must be scientifically ascertained if Photoshop was employed. However, if the review process determines that this is a valid submission and the vehicle in question is real, Shira Law will be invoked on the owner who sacrilegiously defamed the honor of the Z.

Forgot to add that if this is authenticated to be real, and your submission is accepted by the Executive Committee despite it not being a Craigslist posting, you will be honored with the find and awarded 72 virgins ... enjoy.

With new wiper blades and airfilters, its totally worth $13000.

Although the paint and front bumper would have to be replaced back to sanity, the audio is awesome and shows what I'd do with a 2+2! Delete the rear seats for an amp rack! (I might get a 2+2 for this very reason)

I still wouldn't pay 13k tho.

This spoiler alone is probably worth $25k: https://washingtondc.craigslist.org/mld ... 99067.html

It's DC so that means 15K of it is probably sales tax...

I fully agree. The spoiler makes it $25,000 and that's like getting the $5,000 side view mirror thrown in for free! "Runs strong, sounds great, lots of power only driven on the weekends maybe one time per weekend." And that one time per weekend is with a bag over his head so he isn't recognized.

I can't make out his personalized plate. Anyone able to decipher his personalized license plate?

Yup, unfortunately he doesn't realize that you don't get the time and money you into your Z back out. Going to be a tough pill for him to swallow.

And a lot of that coin is in the stereo, which he could potentially use as a selling point if he posted some pictures

But at the end of the day, $25K for an NA jus ain't gonna happen.

Some may question his taste in wheels; however, he is undeniably a math genius and destined to be the next Sham-Wow salesman:

Looks like someone rattle canned those black, lol. Should warrant much more than HALF PRICE.

Even at a price of $1800 this one may be a tad over-priced. Just jump right to the third pic (interior):

That guy originally listed it on the Z32 Buy/Sell group on Facebook at $4500 and got RIDICULED! Pretty sure someone offered $10 to burn the tail lights.

What you guys think? Might actually be decent for a project car..

Found a pretty cheap engine too.. Dont know how healthy it is tho, especially with the throttle body being exposed without a cover

$800 would be a steal for a semi-running clean-ish shell. I mean, regardless of whether compression test comes back bad or not, you could part it out for more than that, or find a good motor, or possibly just do injectors and 120k kit and be good to go. Depends on what your goals are and how much extra time/money you'd be willing to put into it.

$350 for that block isn't bad either. See if they had compression numbers. Again, worst case you sell the girdle and crank to a shop and you've almost made your money back. No one really wants the NA heads.

DaFuq? $800 for that thing is a no-brainer! Like SparTTa said, if this thing goes back to normal after the 120K and an injector job, you won the eff'n lottery!

Problem is that I'm just a boy:( haha trying to convince pops that we can get this and fix it up over the summer. Based on what the ad says it seems like it'll take more than just a 120k kit to fix the problem. Doing a full rebuild is kinda out of my capability at the moment and i really don't wanna send it to a shop to keep costs down. The poster isn't replying to my emails so i guess i need to figure that out before anything else :frown:

EDIT: Missing words

More than likely that means it's been sold :frown:

With that pricetag for a shell of that quality (and the engine starts up) it wouldn't stay on the shelf very long...

Now if you really want a "shell" then here's one for $300: http://chicago.craigslist.org/wcl/pts/4559465275.html

And fortunately he makes this comment "The buyer must bring a trailer WITH A WINCH or a flat bed tow truck." Just in case the pictures weren't clear enough.

As long as i was on the Chicagoland listings, thought I'd check into a "CLASSIC IMPORT." Note: That's all capitals. And more importantly, "$10800 (any where) ." I know, some of you will doubt the validity of his pricing; but, look closely. It is "awesome in great condition" which is evidenced by the picture of the interior, the under the hood picture (ignore the duct tape please), and those "new Nissan crome rims." Yeah, spelling is everything.

This one won't last long. Better hurry and break out your cash. You know he's serious when he posted 9 pictures. Only $5,000 for a beautiful N/A with 275 HP (because it's been "tuned up"). A "few scrapes and bumper cracks ... nothing big!!!" Note that's with three, count um 3, exclamation marks. You might think $5,000 is a bit steep when you just look at all the pictures, but read through completely and you'll see that it's well worth it when it has LED floor lights, "new tiers", and oil just changed. You should really buy it now, because he says he's going to keep fixing it up and the price will just go higher ... or he's just going to keep getting higher ... not sure which he meant.

I don't know about you guys but I love my carb setup. I run quad turbos into twin superchargers into dual throttle bodies into a 1250 cfm carb run on straight methanol and a 350hp shot of nitrous...daily driver
