Reminds me of when this idiot lady backed into the rear quarter panel of my DD. Came over to tell me, it was a small dent, nothing to worry about. Had a much stronger reaction when it was more like a 2 foot crater with scratches.

Also, think that white one has been posted before.

We had a local NA being listed at 4K that he's now changed the post on after I emailed him.
1) The engine had like 190K but he claimed it would be good for another 100k. That's a lie.
2) The engine was basically just as strong as a turbo. Liar liar pants on fire.

There was a piss-poor window shot of the interior and it's not leather. That being said, I wouldn't care if it had leather and an Alpine! $8K for an NA is not gonna happen!

I Just got mine on craigslist in Gastonia,NC for $1000!!! It only has 133,000 miles on it ant it has a new exhaust system and a new radio! It its a 1990 Nissan 300Zx 2+2 NA. There was a lot of small problems but after 1 month of fixing here and there,it was very well worth the money! It has no accidents or anything and there is a lot of money put into my car with the past 2 owners. The car today can sell for an easy $4000 with repainted rims, calipers, new trunk carpet, steering wheel cover, and many more new engine parts like the fan clutch and some sensors. I'm so happy with my car! It's AWESOME!

NissanZDreamer, you might be missing the theme within this thread. For the most part, it's about unrealistic pricing or just horrible Z's. Easy to miss the theme though because a lot of the links are no longer active.

That having been said, it sounds as if yours certainly doesn't belong in this thread. Sounds like you made a great purchase. Put up some pics.

The driver side window didn't roll all of the way up but now it does! I just fixed it! The Exhaust had a leak in it so I fixed that, I vacuumed it all out. The only other problems left is the top right turning signal is out and there is a white 1/2 foot long scuff on the front bumper. Ohh and also the Headlights are brand new! They are clear as glass, and the last owner put blue Sylvania lights in them. They look COOL! It has Leather seats,Climate Control, PW,PD,but it's not a TT.

N/A 5-speed with 125,000 miles at $5,800

Just posting because I think it has an interesting paint scheme due to the color of the car and the T-Tops. Might look better if the second color followed through to the nose panel as well.

No question, you have the winner of the week or month with that beautiful paint job and dust covers for the wheels.

Now don't be so mean. He even says "Wont find a 300zx 2+2 like this!" Thank God. Though in all fairness, it has to be worth the money; because as it says right in the title of the posting, it is a "Targa Top." However in the pictures, looks like a T-top car. Maybe I'm just being picky on terminology. My only real disappointment with his posting is that he didn't include a link to a youtube video demonstrating the "Strobe light option."

Wow- can't decide if the Spillen body parts, GREEN interior details, or that infamous strobe light option have more of my interest!
The Award-Winning Show Car definitely didn't win it's awards for the underhood area either... :rotfl

So I head off and decide to hit the local craigslist, and Lo and Behold...a monstrosity of a Z to combat the other Show Car above!
Feast your eyes on this baby, complete with "HKS exhaust manifolds" and more:

WOW.
Now that would be worth a look-see, at $4,500 LOTS of room for maintenance and maybe even shoot straight to a rebuild.
If that car was here I'd have already bought it...

More potential awesomeness- pretty much a clone of mine when I got it, same price I paid but less miles (kms), and 2+2 TT RHD...

To be fair, that red dash is worth a couple hundred on its own. The rest of the car is just.... Ugh.
