Are the maps tested with your setup. I just want to make sure that you all know as soon as you start messing with tuning on your own that it is very easy to lean out the engine too much and then POOF!

these cars really only go 130? i just got mine and when i drove it home i hit 130, but i didnt want to go any faster and f*ck myself.

Mine does 150 mph no problem? I think the x's might have a speed limiter at 130 mph.

I wonder how much power the tuner is going to add? I can't imagine more then 20 hp? All the cars on COBB web site that are gaining 50 hp are turbo charged from the factory.

Don't get your hopes up with Cobb, I have some 07 LGT buddies that have been waiting about a year and a half for the access port to come out. I have one for my 06' while it is great and all for the novice, it is quite pricey and I don't know how much it would benefit a n/a vehicle.

Just so it's clear to those of you who do not have a "significant other" with whom you actually share your life... it's not about "asking permission" to use your own money. It's about respecting her enough to talk over a major purchase using money that wil impact BOTH of your lives.

Cobb does not allow groupbuy discounts on their AccessPort's. If there is a groupbuy it will have to be at the retail price.

My wife was also Miss Teen Hendersonville and she lettered in track in high school, ran the 100 meter dash in 11 seconds flat (womans world record is 10.49 seconds). Dislocated a knee triple jumping or she would have gone to the Olympics. We always watch the summer games and laugh when women medal with slower times then she ran in high school.

Graduated Medical School at 24 finished residency at 27 and jumped right into private practice

She pays the bills I do the investing... my goal is to be able to retire sometime between 45 and 50 (right about the time our last kid goes to college). We bought property on San Pedro Island in Belize and we will retire there. She can run a clinic and I will teach Scuba!
