something like that, except for the fact that a chip is programmed into your stock ecu which you have to dig out from under your dash and mail it out to a tunning company and then they will tune it to your settings fuel ratio performance add ons etc. and this is just a computer that you can plug into your diagnostic port and is going to have different settings "programs" to increase perfomance and mpg things like that. if your interested in getting one i think ima gonna be in charge for getting a group buy in line once it comes out.

the man is a genius lol..i will defintely get it if its going to give me 15+hp..the 50hp sounds a lil too crazy and unrealistic..but anywhere from 15hp to 25hp is realistic in my opinion..would this work on all infiniti's like the coupes and sedans and all years...just in case i do get the g37 lol

I was thinking of the J. Wolf S2 cams to get 15 more horse and they want $1000. I would definetly rather get the ponies by plugging in with that cobb. Sounds like it would go good with my Stillen exhaust on my 04 sedan.

Back to the business. Thanks for the info.

ok called cobb today . thety told me that ecu will be out end of this year so they pushed it back again. well i dont think they have a clue to when they will have it out. and i asked them will it be available for the 07 g and they said that they dont know. so maybe if enough of us call them and bother them about it they will get a move on. but other than that i lost hope.

Don't lose hope Suby! Buck up little trooper... we live in a democracy and the land of free enterprise. If the rules of supply and demand are correct, then if we demand it, then they'll supply it! I'll call them today as well and I invite all of you who are interested in buying this product to do the same. If they don't think that anyone will buy them, then they won't get off their a$$ and build the sucker!!!! (Sorry, football season is here so that was my own little locker room halftime speech)

I recently heard about this and was happy as I just recently went from a 03 WRX to an 04 G35. The Cobb AP worked wonders for me and many others in the Subaru world. Its super easy to use and was considered one of the safer/milder options for an EMS in a Subaru. It had some great off the shelf maps that you could use from stock and really opened up the power band without any mods other than the Cobb AP reflash. With exhaust upgrades and flash to stage 2 it really really opens it up. Another great thing is alot of tuners are starting use the Cobb streetuner platform which makes it easier to find places to get custom tunes also.

It would definitely void your warranty but there wouldnt really be a way for them to find out you were using it. Plus its easy to reflash back to stock if need be.

Rafal,

We will be initially developing the AccessPORT for the G35 Coupe. We will not know about the compatibility with the Sedan until we get one here for testing. There are quite a few local G35 Sedans though, so it should not be terribly difficult to get one in here. Please keep an eye on our website for further details! Let me know if you have any other questions.
