How is the support for Nistune? Are the creators quick to help if you have questions? Are there many people on the nistune forum? You have to be a registered user to use the forum as far as i know so i can't check it out. I got a for my KA and the support for it sucks balls. I'm thinking about getting the nistune software but i don't wanna have more software that i'll be on my own with. Thanks.grmreapr wrote:http://www.mp3car.com/ is a really good site been thinking about doing the carputer myself but I dont use blatz i use Nistune (http://home.aanet.com.au/nistune/) Had my ecu chipped and their software is awesome to use on the fly changing of my ecu so with a carputer that would eliminate my need to bring my laptop with on dyno days

I just use the home power brick that comes with the mac mini. I had to buy an extra one since i had to hack up the one for the car.MaxFNPower wrote:Impressive!!! lol A solenoid, Nice Nice. Really keeping it as stock as you can. One question, how do you power it in your house with the 12v power supply? An AC to DC power inverter?
I've been meaning to get around to that but haven't done it yet. It does look weird but i can live with it for the time being.offroadbob wrote:Yea I guess they kinda do look cool. Its just to bad they don't curve with the dash trim though. It would be cool to take the dummy buttons and make a cool picture on them of what they do just like the defrost wavy arrows and the hazard triangle. Just so that it blends in more rather than having 12 hundred buttons that say the same thing that do different things.
Oh thats what I meant, I've actually been looking at the rb30s. What can I say I'm a sucker for NA and displacement.onepuff wrote:nope RB20DET
