i did a itb setup on my ka in my s14 before i went kat. really woke the engine up. only thing though is i wasnt running cams, or a header. only cost me $200 for the entire setup, and took me about a week to do from start to finish. i never had any problems either. made a plenum, and ran off the stock maf. instead of it dying off at 5500 rpms, i could rev to the limiter and still pull if i wanted. now, only imagine what cams, header, and a nice tune would do.
