But then driving to Savannah is like driving to the Smoky Mountains. I guess TN would be okay as long as it's within a 4hr radius from Atlanta.

It's a little known fact that back in the 1930's before the automatic transmission was invented, nobody was able to start their car on a hill. Consequently, cars would roll backwards and collect at the bottom of steep hills, their owners unable to master the art of the throttle and clutch. These cars would eventually be abandoned by their owners, and soon the bottoms of steep hills were so clogged with abandoned manual transmission cars that no other cars could pass.

Thankfully, the advent of the automatic transmission meant that the free world no longer needed to fear steep hills and could completely forget the arcane art of the standard transmission.

Heh...anyway, you'll do fine. People who can barely tie their own shoes learn how to drive cars with manual transmissions. :)

I believe that the first transmissions were actually automatics that had similar mechanicals to a CVT of today. Unfortunately, they were so inefficient that manual transmissions were developed, and then automatic gear changers were developed for the manual transmissions.

I am 2nd on that. The heat that come out of my black dash and the black leather seat is enough to roast a pig! I put a beach towel on my seats so i won't get burn!

You damn crazy suthnas! Always living on the meterological edge, with your hurricanes and your non-use of AC.

I was going to say something else that was useful, but I forgot. Oh well. CHOOSE LIFE!

Turning 21 a yearish ago taught me that beer can be enjoyed even in smaller quantities. :)

Regardless, one should keep a reliable, well-built beer bong handy for emergencies.

Well, Well, Well, congrats one more time Brit!

:) Don't worry about no A/C, you get used to it. I have had No AC since December and I'm doing just fine.

I have been to 2 track days in 100 degree weather with the sun blaring down in a Black car with Black interior and a Black full face helmet...

yea, it kills since I was sweating buckets but, you can get through it... no big deal... windows down all the time..

I know you will be fine! ;)

HAHA! In class last year, I was real bored, and I always doodled funny things in 4th period and give them 2 my friend...we had a lot of jokes about Michael Jackson, Dave Chappelle, and R. kelly. One day, I drew an advertisement for a new drink called Golden Rain, with a drawing of R. Kelly with that mask he always wears holdin the bottle sayin "Mmm good! Made with 100% Love Juice" omg it was sooo funny.
