update time again! not too much has gone on because of winter. i got an isis intake manifold and a turbo timer finally. and just before winter i made the last SCCA autocross in Milwaukee!

my buddy helping me out, in his heated garage!

test fit

all i did for the cold pipe was flip it upside down and cut it with a hacksaw to fit. i trimmed it again from this picture to make it fit even better. no need to but a pipe!

SCCA Autocross! i cant wait for next season. this one was fun but cold tires and pavement suck a lot! i didnt get many pictures, too cold to take your hand out of your pockets haha

the boys all lines up

next on the agenda is most likely 300zx brakes. then i might put my mind on the body. but i love performance sooo much! im thinking Navan aero and paint it pearl white? wingless? kouki tails? clear headlight lenses? yes to all!!

hey beems! good to see the builds goin well. i havent heard from you in a long time. i tried getting a job at the tirerack by portillos in glen ellyn and they said they dont hire 16 year olds! dissapointement. so i applied at suburban instead. you driving your car in this snow? certainly not with those tires

hey hows it goin man? thats bull. i started at discount tire when i was 16 haha. that store is one of the slowest ones in illinois. they just dont get the buisness to hire more people. i was driving it in the snow for a while but i just picked up a 98 audi a4 2.8L v6 quattro 5 speed for winter. my 240 has 15 inch ASA wheels with hancook snow tires, the car is AMAZING in the snow. even better than the audi actually. hard to believe!

wow that sucks, i really wanted to work there. does yours hire 16 year olds? my cars in my grandpas garage for winter. but next year i plan on getting some snow tires and just puttin on my steelies or getting some cheap 15" rims for them. good thing to know they handle good. i was a little worried about that. i still havent seen your car yet. and with all this snow being around im hardly seeing any 240s in glen ellyn anymore. too bad

no all the liners are still in there!

How much for the lip? I'm really looking for a navan bumper. But I could use it in the mean time

I love the intake manifold. You just can't beat the price. I even bought mine used for cheaper! The only thing that no one seems to cover is the fact that the stock fpr hits the manifold. I just bent and cut a little off to fit it. But I don't mind modifying things to fit. That's half the fun! I really noticed an increase in top end power too. I would really reccomend it

wheel/tire combo is definitely an upgrade from your previous donuts. Congrats on a build gone well so far.

Keep it up. I can't wait to get my wheels and tires back on this summer. 17X10's ftw!!

a can of spray paint and some masking tape haha!

unfortunately i popped a metal brake line the other night driving 3 miles with no brakes sucks a lot! i had to slam on them hard and the pedal went straight to the floor. i avoided an accident by about 6 inches. not fun. it sucks too because its so damn cold and snowy out i cant really work on the car

hey beems i think i saw you today on st. charles, and then the other day i think i saw you on st. charles again right where you cross the tracks. not positive it was you. but it was a black zenki, lowered, and bronze p45rs, also sounded pretty nice.

yea definetely. where do you autocross? only place i know of is maywood. If your ever going with some people let me know. I'd love to get out there and try it even though i wont be very good. also i was wondering do you know of any big mostly empty parking lots? I like to practice sliding around in a big lot rather than being stupid and doing it on the street. but I don't really know of any. Some of the big factory/warehouses going west along N. Avenue are decent. But they're still too populated. Just thought I'd ask.

Also I went to discount tire and applied at the one on butterfield i think it is and one right off of n. avenue in glen ellyn. they said they hire 16 year olds but idk why they told my dad they dont. weird
