Atl 240sx Owners, check in!

although the viper was kinda in a league of it's own, the driver was awesome without a doubt. i was rooting for JR in the blue/silver Falken S13 coupe . but he made it pretty far anyway. in the end i was hoping the AE86 would take it, but the uphill course made it a little hard on him. but that's the name of the game. the inside passes by the viper were the ****!

Here is the best shot in my opinion. Notice the cars are in perfect focus and moving like cats out of doraville. The rest of the surrounding area is blurred showing great motion in the shot. This happened becuase i used 400 speed film and tracked the camera with the cars when i took the shot. So it looked like the cars were dead still and everything else was moving. I have 146 pictures (125 meg). If some one wants to host it, i'll upload it to you.

AZ will help me host pics, but as far as mpeg the video????? how do you do that. The video is bad a$$. Its about 1hr10min. Let me know what you can do. It was nice meeting you guys.

Marcos - you had a dv camera right? what size tapes did it take? 8mm digital or smaller? does your camera have a firewire/1394 port on it?

if it is 8mm digital, i can mpeg it for you. then we can put it up here for everyone. whatever you want to do.

if you had a dv camera, you can connect it to your computer via the firewire port and use one of the video editing prog to convert it to mpg.

Just heard about this thread through 240kid, and although I'm not a 240 owner ('01 Sentra SE w/pp), I am in the Atl area, Fayetteville/Peachtree City. Wow... lots of us, I'm surprised.

Hey any one here live around Valdosta? I'm going to South Georgia Motorplex (the new dragstrip) this friday (tommorrow). I would like to meet some 240 owners.
